Fun stuff! The intro was a *little* slow, but it was good to take the time to develop Suguha's personality.

Looking at this I really hope you show how they develop together in a multi chapters journey epic rather than doing time skips.
I guess I hope we get an bigger world building than in the anime plus the impact on the society. Wonder if there would be interaction with international ocs...
I know pairing is would be much later but I do hope you consider yuri one for Suguha.

You know I suddenly see a scene from the Star Trek movie The Final Frontier was it, I think. I can't remember the actual details but Spock tells Kirk 'You asked me to kill my brother'. I see Leafa reenacting that scene with one of the loud mouths after the 1st floor Boss fight.

Kirito really needs to put his foot down and demand for their safety that she listens to him. He is the one who played the Beta, and Sugu just won't put her trust in him. All she cares about is the past, which will end up biting these three. However, it still fits them quite well, so keep up the good work.
