Love ya Mozzie. Protect our Neal from that ungrateful hypocrite Peter Burke. Peter has condoned Neal and Moz going outside the lines of the law, and even stepped across himself once or twice, when a situation called for it. Why is it that this is so completely unacceptable? This warrants Peter telling Neal he is nothing but a criminal, effectively severing the bond the two had worked so hard to build over the years, also destroying all trust and faith and rendering all Peter's teachings to Neal about finding justice within the law pointless and eviscerating the life, the family, that Neal has chosen time and again to stay for? I find that infinitely unfair. Mozzie is the one and only constant in Neal's life, because despite their spats and separations, Moz always comes back. He means far more to Neal than any treasure of any kind.
Sorry about the ranting. I managed to cut it off before I got into the whole 'FBI thinks Neal is too good a recourse to let go early' debacle. Not that it really makes much of a difference now, what with that season ending, talk about dramatic. Wow. Anyways, love this story. I love seeing Mozzie protective of Neal, especially after how Peter had been treating him this season. Great job with it! :) Take care! God bless!

Very well written. I've found that in a lot of stories where Mozzie is the main, or a pivotal character, in the plotline, people don't get the essence of him well, but you have it perfected! I can't read to read more of your future works and will be keeping an eye out for them xD

Mozzie's attitude mirrors my own. I cant understand how both Peter and El have treated him this season. It doesn't make sense to me. I'm wondering what Mozzie's plan is going to be. I'm sure it includes him and Neal running but I hope that doesn't happen. I want the family to be whole and happy again. It's good to see you writing again.
