I wonder about the pairing because he will need someone to keep him alive from his dream, and will he be able to create those powerful weapons from the Fate series.

Shigure is a extraordinary user of weapons but can she keep Shirou for following this ideal that will ruin him.

Archer's recorded Noble Phantasms include:

Kanshou and Bakuya: Gan Jiang and Mo Ye: Archer's preferred melee weapons, a pair of short swords. Although they have a low rank, being only C- rank Noble Phantasms on their own, Archer's experience with them, on top of their short tracing time, makes them very reliable. They are warded by various protective spells added by Archer, and they rank up his Magic and Physical resistance when wielded. Their strong bond with each other causes them to return as boomerangs when one is thrown and one is held, even reacting to another traced copy. This forms the basis for his Triple-Linked Crane Wings technique, throwing the first pair as projectiles with the purposes of being deflected, a second pair for slashing the opponent as the first pair returns to strike them from behind, before a third pair enhanced through Reinforcement known as Kanshou and Bakuya: Overedge is traced to finish the target with an X-shaped slash.
Caladbolg II: The Fake Spiral Sword: A modified version of the original Caladbolg that Fergus mac Róich wields, which Archer uses primarily as an arrow in the form of a Broken Phantasm. During its flight, it spirals in the air, twisting space and allowing it to pierce practically any target. It is also powerful enough to shatter Caster's defenses, which are as durable as Berserker's skin, by so much as being purposely fired at an area far away from her and Shirou speculates that she would have been twisted along with space had she tried to teleport out of range.
Hrunting: Hound of the Red Plains: One of Beowulf's swords, modified to better fit Archer's tastes. As with Caladbolg II, he uses it primarily as an arrow in the form of a Broken Phantasm. It has homing properties and can potentially even strike two targets. It has exceptional range, and Archer can fire it repeatedly, though it takes longer and longer to charge it as he charges it with increasing amounts of magical energy.
Rho Aias: The Seven Rings that Cover the Fiery Heavens: Archer's greatest defense, the shield of Ajax, the only shield capable of blocking Hector's Durindana. It takes the form of seven petal-like layers to represent the flower that bloomed from Ajax's blood when he died. It is powerful enough to block a thrown Gáe Bolg, though this destroyed all seven of its layers in the process, and briefly protected Shirou from the Gate of Babylon. However, Archer takes damage for every layer that is pierced.
Durandal: The Peerless Sword: Also known as the Unbroken Ultimate Hallow, it is a sword most famously used by Roland, one of Charlemagne's Twelve Paladins, and was also once a spear known as Durindana by the famous Trojan hero Hector. The sword is virtually unbreakable and will never lose its sharpness even if its wielder were to run out of magical power. It is also said to have contained three miracles within it, but this aspect has never been explored.
Rule Breaker: All Spells Must Be Broken: A dagger belonging to Princess Medea of Colchis, it is unsuitable for use as a weapon due to its ceremonial nature. However, it can nullify enchantments and magecraft of all kinds, including the Master-Familiar contract of a Servant, transferring command over to Archer should he stab another Servant with it.
Immortal Slaying Scythe, Harpe: The Snake Hunter's Scythe, a divine sword from Greek mythology used by Perseus to kill the Gorgon Medusa. It's a monster-killing holy sword with a special shape similar to a scythe, having the cutting edge on the inside of the blade, though it isn't actually an outstanding sword by itself. Its true strength is its trait of Refraction of Longevity, which is a divine ability that nullifies the "undying attribute" of immortals and inflicts wounds that cannot be restored by any methods other than healing in accordance to the natural laws.
Class Skills
Independent Action: The ability to remain independent and exist in the world without the magical energy supplied by a Master, allowing the Servant to act autonomously and the Master to save their own magical energy for spells. Archer's Rank in this skill is B, which mean that is possible for him to stay in the world for two days without a Master, even when he's been gravely injured and his spiritual core has been damaged. However, this is the ideal value achieved by maximally conserving mana and avoiding battle and Noble Phantasm usage.
Magic Resistance: An innate ability that grants protection against magical effects. Unlike the Resistance effect, which merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether. Though he was a magus in his old life who possessed unusual magecraft, Archer's affinity with it was far worse than older Heroic Spirits who saw such arts as commonplace in their original time; resulting in a low rank of D where he is only able to cancel out Single-Action spells, meaning more stronger and complex ones will be able to overwhelm him. However, he can raise his Magical Resistance rank when wielding Kanshou and Bakuya, evident by his ability to counter against even Casters A-rank magic spells though they still proved fatal to him should even one of them were to hit.
Personal Skills
Clairvoyance: A skill reflecting exceptional eyesight that supplements the use of ranged weapons at long distances. Archer's C Rank in this skill allows him to easily view and snipe fast moving Servants even if they are four kilometers away while making out minute details from a distance such as the number of tiles on a bridge.
Eye of the Mind (True): The heightened capacity for observation, refined through combat experience. It works as a danger-avoidance ability, that utilizes all of Archer's combat experience to predict his opponent’s actions and change the situation in his favor. Archer's rank in this skill is B, greatly improving his chances of winning due to being able to calmly analyze all possibilities and choose the appropriate course of action, even if his chance of winning is only one percent.
Magecraft: A skill that reflects one's knowledge of modern Magecraft and Thaumaturgy. As he is an inept magus, having only known Reinforcement and Projection Magecraft and nothing else in his original life, Archer has a low-rank of C-. When using projections that fall under the category of "sword", however, it rises to A, reflecting his Origin and Elemental Affinity.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magecraft, Enhanced Senses (Can make out fine details from kilometers away and snipe targets from such a distance), Pseudo-Precognition (Can predict his opponent's actions based on his combat experience), can reinforce objects and himself with mana, Weapon Creation, Forcefield Creation with Rho Aias, can copy any weapon he sees down to the soul (barring Divine Constructs), replicating the physical abilities and fighting skill of the original wielder, Clairvoyance, minor Spatial Manipulation with Caladbolg II, Homing Attacks, Immortality and Regeneration Negation with Gáe Bolg, Harpe and likely other Noble Phantasms, Soul Manipulation (all Servants can consume souls to replenish their magical energy), Pocket Reality Manipulation with Unlimited Blade Works, Intangibility and Invisibility in spirit form, Resistance to Magic (Including effects such as Petrification, Mind Manipulation, and Spatial Manipulation) and Curses (As an "impure" Heroic Spirit, he's resistant to curses such as All the World's Evil), Regeneration (Mid-Low; slowly regenerated from severe wounds inflicted by Saber), Immunity to Modern Weapons (Servants are Divine Mysteries that cannot be harmed by modern weapons such as guns, knives, or bombs unless they are infused with a supernatural aspect such as magical energy or possess a certain amount of age)

Attack Potency: At least City level (Can fight against and deflect blows from Lancer, Saber, and Caster, and shot down Illya's Degen, which broke through one of Rin's barriers), Mountain level with Triple-Linked Crane Wings and Kanshou and Bakuya: Overedge (As a C-rank Noble Phantasm, they can produce A-rank attacks that took off one of Berserker's lives, and Shirou used it to destroy Saber Alter's heart in Heaven's Feel), higher with Hrunting, Caladbolg II, and Unlimited Blade Works (Hrunting and Caladbolg II are A-rank Broken Phantasms, and Unlimited Blade Works can match the Gate of Babylon. He was also able to kill Berserker six times in Fate using his many projections before falling in battle). Caladbolg II negates conventional durability by twisting space.

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Can fight against and barely keep up with Saber and Lancer, though he's slower than both. His arrows can travel 4 kilometers in virtually no time at all)

Lifting Strength: At least Superhuman (Even the weakest Servants are stronger than the finest humans)

Striking Strength: At least City Class, Mountain Class with Triple-Linked Crane Wings and Kanshou and Bakuya: Overedge, higher with other projections

Durability: At least City level, Mountain level with Rho Aias (Briefly protected Shirou from the Gate of Babylon, and barely stopped a thrown Gáe Bolg earlier before in the Unlimited Blade Works route. The original Rho Aias blocked Durindana). Immune to Modern Weapons

Stamina: High. Even when separated from a Master, defeated by Shirou, and lethally injured by Gilgamesh, he was able to continue acting in the world for hours, going on to save Rin from the Grail and dealing the final blow to Gilgamesh following the latters battle with Shirou.

Range: Extended melee range, kilometers with arrows and Broken Phantasms (Can accurately track and fire upon targets from four kilometers away).

Standard Equipment: A Holy Shroud made from a Saint's burial cloth that acts as a first-rate Conceptual Weapon and protects him from the external world, the Tohsaka Heirloom Pendant, and his bow.

Intelligence: Archer can come up with complicated plans and switch between them on the fly. Able to quickly determine the opponent’s strengths and weaknesses to shift his tactics accordingly. Technically if there’s even 1% chance of victory, he can still win due to his Eye of the Mind (True) skill, allowing him to defend himself in his second encounter with Lancer despite the latter's blatantly superior stats due to having fought him before and by deliberately leaving gaps in his attacks so he knew where Lancer would attack and could react accordingly during the Unlimited Blade Works route. He is even skilled enough to take six of Berserker's lives off before dying despite having a broken arm and without ever using Unlimited Blade Works due to being deprived of sufficient mana to use it in the Fate route. Archer is proficient in both melee and ranged combat due to his unique fighting style, being praised by Berserker for his swordsmanship and sniping other Servants from several kilometers away without issue. In addition, he orchestrated the events of the Unlimited Blade Works route, successfully breaking his contract with Rin, eliminating Caster, and nearly killing Shirou, only failing due to Saber's intervention after the latter made a contract with Rin.

Weaknesses: Archer needs to be able to recite the full incantation for Unlimited Blade Works to bring it into existence as a Reality Marble. He cannot fight in Spirit Form.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Marksmanship: True to his class, Archer is exceptionally skilled at shooting from long range. His reinforced eyes can count the number of screws on a bridge four kilometers away. He was able to accurately fire upon Saber and Shirou from this distance and can track and fire upon Servants from this distance, even if they're moving. His skill is such that he can even target two people at once with the same arrow. Archer can modify Noble Phantasms to behave like arrows and fire them repeatedly at a machine gun-like rate. In the Unlimited Blade Works anime, they seem to home in on their targets.

Unlimited Blade Works: Infinite Creation of Swords: Archer's Reality Marble, and, in effect, his Noble Phantasm. While he has no true Noble Phantasm to call his own, if a Noble Phantasm is the embodiment and symbol of a hero's legend, then Unlimited Blade Works is Archer's Noble Phantasm. It is born from his Origin and Element of "Sword", a high-class thaumaturgy that overwrites the world with his own internal world. Unlimited Blade Works automatically records every weapon that Archer sees, analyzing their structures and storing them within his internal world. Archer can then, whenever he pleases, project them onto the world. Within Unlimited Blade Works, this is virtually effortless and instant and he can even use them in a manner not unlike Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon, allowing him to simply bombard his enemies with swords shot out as arrows from a distance and from all directions. However, the weapons he produces are ranked down. He can also project defensive constructions such as shields, but the mana cost for these is two to three times much higher than if he were to project swords alone.

Using reinforcement, he can create modified versions of the weapons he projects, giving them new abilities such as creating spatial distortions or homing on his opponents seen through his versions of Caladbolg and Hrunting. By charging up his Noble Phantasms with mana, Archer can fire them from his bow as a Broken Phantasm, which provides a great increase to their power and Mystery, at the cost of destroying it on impact. While this would be a massive gamble for any other Servant, it is no issue for Archer at all, as he can just project more. However, it can take up to forty seconds to charge a Broken Phantasm, depending on how much energy Archer is putting into it.

Assassin (EMIYA):
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magecraft, Enhanced Senses, Expert Marksman, Invisibility and Stealth Mastery with Presence Concealment (Presence Concealment users with B-rank or higher are capable of rendering themselves invisible by erasing their presence, making themselves difficult to detect against Magi and even Servants unless they attack), Time Manipulation (Can speed up or slow down his own time), his Origin Bullets and knives cause necrosis and permanent nerve damage and fry a magi's Magic Circuits, possesses supernatural luck that will save him in impossible situations but at the expense of others, Soul Manipulation (All Servants can consume souls to replenish their magical energy), Intangibility and Invisibility in spirit form, Immunity to Modern Weapons (Servants are Divine Mysteries that cannot be harmed by modern weapons such as guns, knives, or bombs unless they are infused with a supernatural aspect such as magical energy or possess a certain amount of age or mystery behind their creation), Regeneration (Mid-Low; all Servants have regenerative capabilities), Supernatural Luck, Minor Fate Manipulation (Servants with B-rank Luck or higher can change their own fates to evade inevitable outcomes such as having their hearts destroyed by Gáe Bolg. Due to the skill, Affections of The Holy Grail, he gains a boost to his Luck in bad situations).

Attack Potency: At least City level (Has the same rank parameter as Archer and is strong enough to compete with most Servants), Ignores conventional durability with Phantasm Punishment and Origin Bullets (Against living beings, the attacks cause no visible wound or bleeding, instead causing necrosis and permanent nerve damage on impact, and are even more effective against those using magecraft, or other internal energy systems, causing their magical energy to go out of control and fry their body and Circuits).

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Has A agility, making one of the fastest Servants and be able to keep up with those of similar rank), higher with Chronos Rose (Allows him to easily blitz virtually any other Servant and makes him effectively invincible in anti-personnel combat).

Lifting Strength: At least Superhuman

Striking Strength: At least City Class

Durability: At least City level

Stamina: High. Other Servants can fight for nearly an entire day without stopping.

Range: Standard Melee Range, Tens of Meters to Hundreds of Meters with firearms

Standard Equipment: Phantasm Punishment, grenades, a Calico M950, Walther WA2000 and the Thompson Contender.

Intelligence: EMIYA bears all of the knowledge he obtained during his time as the "Magus Killer" that he did in life. However, unlike his mainstream counterpart, he never met or started a family with Irisviel, allowing him to further spend his time refining his skills and making himself an even deadlier opponent. He is a pragmatist to the core who weighs lives of the many against the few and will not hesitate to defeat his opponents with various traps and through unsavory means if it means getting favorable results. In addition, he is able to use his Time Alter magecraft far more frequently than before due to his spiritual body, allowing him to easily blitz his targets before they can react.

Weaknesses: Despite his cold exterior, EMIYA still cares deeply for the innocent and will not conduct any actions that would harm the majority. He is reluctant to accept help from others, and has terrible luck when Affections of the Holy Grail isn't taking effect.

Noble Phantasms
Chronos Rose: Pick Ye Rosebuds While Ye May: EMIYA's main Noble Phantasm, born from his unique Innate Time Control, which he applied on himself as opposed to on the world around him. It has been improved drastically to be used in combat, sublimated into a Noble Phantasm. He can use it as he did in life, chanting "Time Alter", followed by the degree of speed he wants to use. He can accelerate his own time to become drastically faster, making him effectively invincible in anti-personnel combat and allowing him to land a series of consecutive attacks on his opponents, or he can slow it. This slows his metabolism down so much that his body temperature drops to near room temperature, and his breathing and heartbeat become so slow that they cannot be detected. In life, this caused grave harm to his body due to the "incorrect" time pushing his body to his limits, but he can use it much more easily as a Servant due to possessing a spiritual body.

Phantasm Punishment: Mystery Bisection: EMIYA's dual Origins of Severing and Binding, sublimated into a Noble Phantasm in the form of the knives he used in hand-to-hand combat in life. He can also presumably apply the effects with the Thompson Contender. After releasing its True Name, Phantasm Punishment causes his attacks to actualize his Origins within his target to cripple them. They don't leave physical wounds, but the affected body part is lost to necrosis, causing permanent nerve damage that remains even if the wound heals on the surface. It is even more effective against magi, affecting them even if they block with barriers by traveling through to the source of their magical energy - their Magic Circuits. "Severing" causes the target's magical energy to ignore their pathways, violently flowing through their body and causing severe harm, while "Binding" binds together their Magic Circuits in a useless arrangement, making it impossible to stand anymore, let alone ever use magecraft again.

Class Skills
Independent Action: A skill normally given to those of the Archer class. It is the ability to remain independent and exist in the world without the magical energy supplied by a Master, allowing the Servant to act autonomously and the Master to save their own magical energy for spells. EMIYA is granted this skill as he had worked alone and unaided in his lifetime, and his A-rank with this allows him to take action without a Master and be able to last for a week without one, though he needs a Master's backup in order to effectively use his Noble Phantasms.

Presence Concealment: The ability to hide one's presence as a Servant. EMIYA's A rank proficiency in this skill renders him virtually impossible to detect even in the presence of other Servants unless he decides to attack, upon which this skill's effect sharply drops. He presumably achieves this at least part with his Innate Time Control, slowing his body's biorhythms by a third of their original value to make him undetectable.

Personal Skills
Affections of the Holy Grail: A skill that represents the fact that in another world, EMIYA is deeply loved by the one who becomes the Holy Grail. As a result, he gains a boost to his Luck when he is faced with incredible odds, allowing him to escape situations that would otherwise spell certain death. However, his comes at the expense of the happiness of everyone else around him. EMIYA is not aware of this skill, but he does occasionally hear the whispers of the Grail.

Magecraft: A skill that reflects one's knowledge on modern Magecraft and Thaumaturgy. A magus in life, EMIYA's B-rank is born from his unique applications of his complex Innate Time Control, and due to his notoriety as a "Magus Killer", it grants him bonuses when fighting against Casters.

Scapegoat: The accumulation of knowledge and techniques designed to help the user escape the battlefield in one piece.

Kiritsugu Emiya:
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Expert Marksman, Magecraft, Enhanced Senses (Can give himself night vision with magecraft, and can detect magi in pitch dark conditions with the Walther WA2000, tracking their Magic Circuits), Hypnosis, Time Manipulation (Can speed up or slow down his own time), Biological and Soul Manipulation (His Origin Bullets cause necrosis and permanent nerve damage, on top of frying a magi's Magic Circuits, which are contained in the soul and expressed through the body, leaving them incapable of using magic), Resistance to Magic (All magi have basic resistance to magical effects), Regeneration (Low-Mid through Avalon; allows him to regenerate from lethal wounds, such as his bones and tendons being torn apart due to Triple and Square Accel, and from having his heart and lungs crushed by Kirei)

Attack Potency: Wall level (Can fight and wound Kirei), at least Large Building level with prep (Destroyed a skyscraper with C4). Ignores conventional durability with Origin Bullets (Against living beings, the Origin Bullets cause no visible wound or bleeding, instead causing necrosis and permanent nerve damage on impact, and are even more effective against those using magecraft, causing their magical energy to go out of control and fry their body and Circuits).

Speed: Subsonic with Massively Hypersonic reactions (Should be comparable to other magi), Massively Hypersonic with Double, Triple, and Square Accel (Using Double Accel, he disappeared from Kayneth's view, and he can barely keep up with a Mantra-boosted Kirei with Triple Accel, managing to outspeed him with Square Accel).

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: Wall Class (Stabbed Kirei in the knee)

Durability: Wall level

Stamina: High. Managed to survive All the World's Evil to live normally for years, even as it ate away at his mind and slowly killed him.

Range: Standard melee range, tens of meters to hundreds of meters with firearms (Can see and fire on a target from up to six hundred meters away with the Walther WA2000)

Standard Equipment: His firearms; a Calico M950, Walther WA2000, and the Thompson Contender. His Origin Bullets and Avalon.

Avalon: Excalibur's sheath, a Divine Construct of the same make. After using it to summon Saber, Kiritsugu implants it into his own body as a Master's Noble Phantasm, providing him with spectacular regenerative abilities that allow him to make full use of his Innate Time Control. It can heal even lethal wounds, quickly regenerating Kiritsugu's heart and lungs after they were crushed by Kirei, and healing Shirou after he was nearly cut in half and lost most of his internal organs on two separate occasions.
Thompson Contender: Kiritsugu's Mystic Code, a one of a kind weapon used to fire his Origin Bullets. It is an incredibly powerful handgun, but its true power lies in the Origin Bullets, and not its sheer firepower.
Walther WA2000: A heavyweight sniper rifle, one of only 176 units produced. It is specially equipped with night vision capabilities, using a super effective video camera that amplifies light, and a thermal scanner. It can also detect the Magic Circuits of a magi from hundreds of meters away.
Intelligence: Kiritsugu is a professional assassin who true to his title, specializes in eliminating other magic-wielders. He is skilled in every manner of modern combat, from knife work to the use of firearms and explosives. He is also known for his extensive planning and extreme pragmatism, evacuating a building before collapsing it with some well-placed explosions rather than risk his life by facing Kayneth's traps personally. With help of Avalon he is able to face Executors like Kirei Kotomine, the Church's elite heretic hunters, on even ground. However, he is constantly plagued with the guilt over the people he's killed and the decisions he's made to save the many (such as downing a plane full of Ghouls with his mentor and surrogate mother still inside).

Weaknesses: Kiritsugu's Innate Time Control takes a toll on his body; Double Accel pushes his body to its limits, while Triple and Square Accel would be lethal without Avalon. His Origin Bullets are ineffective against purely physical protections, such as military-grade armor, and can be rendered ineffective by using something else as a source of magical energy as opposed to the user's own supply. Avalon is useless without his connection to Saber.

Notable Attacks / Techniques:

Magecraft: Kiritsugu is an average magus whose abilities mostly lie in his pragmatism and use of modern tactics and weaponry. The Emiya crest is carved into his back, although, due to his father's Sealing Designation, most of it was confiscated, and he possesses less than half of the original amount. By channeling magical energy into his eyes, he can see in perfect clarity even in the darkest conditions, and has basic hypnotic abilities that can only be used against those with no magical resistance. Due to his research, he is knowledgeable on Bounded Fields, and can penetrate them with incredible skill. He has two elemental affinities, Fire and Earth, which reflect his dual Origins, Severing and Binding.

These Origins are different from the concept of "destruction and rebirth"; there is no chance of recovery with binding, as even if you tie together a cut string, it will still be cut. It affects his entire life, making him incompetent when it comes to handling delicate machinery. However, he makes full use of his Origins with Origin Bullets, special conceptual weapons made from two of his ribs, ground into dust, with his soul preserved through magecraft, before they were sealed into sixty six bullets. By the time of the Fourth Holy Grail War, he's used thirty-seven of them, and he brings twelve for use during the war.

These Origin Bullets carry on his Origins and actualize them within the target, which can cripple living creatures with ease. It doesn't leave any trace of a wound in the form of a bullet hole, but the affected body part will suffer from necrosis. Even though it may appear to heal on the outside, the nerves and capillaries underneath never recover, and the function of the limb is lost forever. It is even more effective against magi, affecting them even if they block with barriers by travelling through to the source of their magical energy - their Magic Circuits. Denser magical energy for a more powerful barrier will only cause greater harm. "Severing" causes the target's magical energy to ignore their pathways, violently flowing through their body and causing severe harm, while "Binding" binds together their Magic Circuits in a useless arrangement, making it impossible to stand anymore, let alone ever use magecraft again.

The only ways a magus can effectively protect against his Origin Bullets are to discard all their magical protections and guard against it through purely physical means, or to draw their magical energy from something else instead of their Magic Circuits. During their fight, Kirei makes use of both methods, first protecting himself with Command Seal boosted Black Keys, and then swatting aside the second bullet, though it nearly tears his arm off. While one can recover from the wounds, the damage underneath remains, and even if a magus successfully protects themselves, a wound caused by the bullet can still permanently disable a limb.

Innate Time Control: The Emiya family magecraft, researched by his family over generations, reaching the level of High-Thaumaturgy, a Bounded Field that can be used for time adjustment. While normally applied to a large area and requiring a large amount of magical energy and rituals, Kiritsugu applies it to just himself, chanting "Time Alter", followed by the degree of speed he wants to use. He can use accel to speed up his time, and stagnate to slow it down. He most often uses Double Accel for a quick burst of speed beyond human limitations, while he uses Triple Stagnate to reduce his biological processes to a third of their speed. It slows his metabolism down so much that his body temperature drops to near room temperature, and his breathing and heartbeat become so slow that they cannot be detected. The "incorrect" time results in his body being pushed to his limits, bursting blood vessels and fracturing bones. Without Avalon, Double Accel would be his limit, and Triple or Square Accel would kill him, but with the regenerative abilities that Avalon provides, he is able to use them effectively and for longer periods of time.

Kirei Kotomine:
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Master Martial Artist, Magecraft, Healing (He heals one's soul rather than their flesh), Soul Manipulation (Can handle spirits and affect the spiritual bodies of others with ease, and can exorcise spirits with a Baptism Sacrament), Pseudo-Precognition (He can predict the movements of others by sensing their killing intent and following their fine body motions), Statistics Amplification (Kirei can boost his physical capabilities with Reinforcement or with Command Spells, potentially raising them to the level of a Servant), Regeneration Negation with Black Keys, Mind Manipulation with Angra Mainyu (He can control the mud of the Grail, which melts the body and mind of whatever it is exposed to, usually driving them insane and killing them), Resistance to Magic (All magi have basic resistance to magical effects) and Curses (Due to having his heart replaced by the corrupted Grail, he is resistant to curses targeting humans and can manipulate the mud of the Grail without consequence)

Attack Potency: Wall level (Can easily break a tree in half, easily overpowered Shirou while dying, and when he had no magical energy left), up to at least City level with mantra boosts (With sufficient boosts, he'd be capable of defeating Ciel and True Assassin). Ignores conventional durability with Angra Mainyu (Destroys the body and mind of those it touches) and to some extent by attacking internal organs with Bajiquan (His martial arts focus more on damaging one's internal organs than the rest of their body, allowing him to severely injure tougher opponents).

Speed: Subsonic with Massively Hypersonic reactions (Even when completely devoid of magical energy, he easily blitzed Shirou, and he earlier kept up with his top running speed without exerting himself at all), Massively Hypersonic with mantra boosts (With one Command Spell, he barely kept up with True Assassin, and with more, he can reach the level of a Servant, casually kept up with Kiritsugu when he was using Triple Accel).

Lifting Strength: At least Athletic Human (Effortlessly lifted and held Irisviel von Einzbern, who weighs 52 kilograms without clothes, off the ground with only one arm)

Striking Strength: Wall Class, up to at least City Class with mantra boosts

Durability: Wall level

Stamina: Extremely high. Continued to fight Kiritsugu after losing the use of one of his arms, and somehow managed to stay alive for an entire day after his heart was destroyed, and then fight and easily outmatch Shirou while dying.

Range: Extended melee range, tens of meters with Black Keys and Angra Mainyu.

Standard Equipment: A number of Black Keys (usually around ten), his bulletproof frock (made of Kevlar and reinforced by protective spells), and several Command Spells.

Black Keys: The main weapons of the Church’s Executors, a sacrament taking the form of a long, slender sword. Despite appearances, they are not made for melee combat, but instead as projectiles. By hitting a target’s shadow with a Black Key, the target is immobilized, incapable of moving away as their shadow is pinned. They negate regeneration and have the ability to intervene against “evil”, allowing them to pin even Servants, though they cannot lethally harm them.
Intelligence: Kirei is an incredibly intelligent individual with great skill in manipulation and combat, having been trained as an Executor, the elite killers of the Church, since an early age and acting like one since the age of 10. Skipping two grades and graduating when he was only 14, Kirei is a prodigal Executor of exceptional ability. Over the course of his life, Kirei has fought and killed many magi, and even Dead Apostles, remaining calm in even the direst situations, allowing him to calmly and easily react to gunfire, and he can stay a step ahead of his enemies in combat by sensing their killing intent and reading their fine body motions. Thanks to his aptitude for "opening wounds", Kirei excels at manipulating and analyzing others and then dredging up their past trauma in a fight to throw them off and put them at a disadvantage. On top of this all, Kirei is a master martial artist with great skill in Bajiquan, and though he refers to his martial knowledge as being a mere mimicry that lacks heart, it is still enough to allow him to easily outmatch Kiritsugu and Shirou in hand-to-hand combat and threaten even Servants. In Heaven's Feel, he was even capable of defeating True Assassin with prior knowledge on his capabilities, baiting him into using his Noble Phantasm to kill him in exchange for being pinned to a tree by his Black Keys, surviving Zabaniya thanks to his heart of curses. Throughout Heaven's Feel, he manipulates many of the events in accordance with his ultimate goal, manipulating Rin, Shirou, and Sakura and ultimately outsmarting Zouken. While he may be an incompetent magus, for the most part, he is one of the greatest spiritual doctors in the world and has the great ability when it comes to handling spirits and healing the soul. This allows him to easily remove Shirou's Command Spells and even remove much of the Crest Worms in Sakura's body when using his own Command Spells.

Weaknesses: Angra Mainyu can be survived through sheer willpower, as demonstrated by Shirou and Gilgamesh. During the events of Fate/stay night, Kirei is past his prime.

Bajiquan: Kirei is a practitioner of a branch of Bajiquan, the legendary martial art practiced by Li Shuwen, referred to by Gen Urobuchi as "Super Bajiquan", born from a fusion of regular Bajiquan and magecraft. It is a reckless art, one that Kirei refers to as a "mimicry of taolu without much in it", but he is still exceptionally skilled. He takes the shortest route to damage his opponent's inside rather than their outside, crushing Kiritsugu's lungs and heart with a single blow, and badly damaging Shirou's internal organs even as his skin turned to steel. He has mastered the art of "hearing a move", and doesn't need his eyes to detect and react to an enemy's movements, predicting and easily reacting to them. Even when Kiritsugu accelerated his speed by three times and Kirei had one usable arm and blood in his eye, he was able to block all of Kiritsugu's attacks with one hand. In his final fight with Shirou during Heaven's Feel, his skill was such that Shirou didn't land a single blow.

Magecraft: Kirei was born with Magic Circuits despite being born into a non-Magus family, a reward for his father's years of pious worship. While he studied many types of magecraft under Tokiomi Tohsaka, he mastered none, always stopping short of the last step and discarding all his previous efforts. He is ultimately a beginner-level magus. The only magecraft he shows any real skill in is physical reinforcement and spiritual healing. His skill as a spiritual doctor is among the greatest in the world. Spiritual healing revolves around the healing of the soul rather than flesh, and Kirei's knowledge allows him to use it to remove the Command Spells of others. Using Command Spells, he is able to realize a miracle and perform surgery on Sakura Matou to save her life from the Crest Worms eating away at her body and mind.

Baptism Sacrament: The sole spell officially taught to members of the Church, the words of God and the greatest weapon against spirits. By reciting the chant, Kirei can exorcise wandering souls, nearly instantly destroying Zouken's spiritual body. He survived only because his true body is located elsewhere, but it still injured him extremely badly, accelerating the degradation of his soul. It can even potentially destroy Servants without a Master, as at that point they are no more than another wandering spirit.
Command Spells: While Kirei initially only had the three Command Spells given to every Master, he lost those when Assassin died, and later gained new ones when the Grail deemed him worthy. He inherited an even greater amount of Command Spells from his father, all of those collected from previous wars, and he can transfer the Command Spells of others to his own body. While he can use them to command his Servant, this would be idiotic, as Gilgamesh's pride would not accept such a slight, so he instead uses them to reinforce his own magecraft due to his weak, underdeveloped circuits. Through these "mantra boosts", he can boost his strength to a level comparable to that of a Servant, allowing him to defeat the likes of True Assassin and Ciel in combat.
Angra Mainyu: After being shot in the heart by Kiritsugu, Kirei was revived when the mud of the Grail washed over his Servant, Gilgamesh, and, unable to corrupt him, followed the line of mana to Kirei. It healed his wound and his connection to the Grail acts as a replacement for his heart. It makes him highly resistant to curses that target humans, rendering him immune to Zabaniya and allowing him to freely interact with the mud of the Grail. Due to his connection, he can manipulate it as he pleases as long as the Grail is available, creating whip-like tendrils from the mud to attack opponents. The mud's curse melts one's body and mind, exposing them to the full curse of All the World's Evil, and ultimately destroying them as their mind and body collapse under the weight of all the pain and hatred.

Hayato Furinji:
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, uses both the Sei-Type (a user of this fights not with power or anger, but with talent, skills and wit) and the Dou-Type of martial arts (a user of this fights using their anger to exceed their limits, as such, they tend to be aggressive in combat, and rarely strays from the offensive) of Martial Arts, he however specializes in Sei, is the creator and a master of Fūrinji Style, it can be assumed by his extensive knowledge of martial arts that he knows just about every martial art in existence, or is at the very least familiar with them, is the creator of 108 different special techniques (including the Seikūken and Ryūsei Seikūken), can create two types of forcefields around himself the original Seikūken (Hayato creates a barrier around his defense zone and can thus neutralize or repel all attacks that enter his defenses) or the Ryūsei Seikūken (Hayato uses his flow to lock onto his opponent's movements and through that he can predict the direction of the attacks and as a result can use minimal effort to dodge them - accurate to the millimeter), can create afterimages, can use a body splitting technique, Obstructive Lung Voice allows Hayato to narrow the path of his voice, and release it in a shockwave form, through this only one person can hear a message he is transmitting (This is a hypersonic voice), "Bi-Vocal" allows Hayato to divide his trachea, lungs and vocal cord into the right and left side, he can then speak two sentences at once, is able to create an axis in the middle of his body, and control the left and right sides of his body freely yet separately (this allows the Elder to act like two people), can limit his strength to up to 0.0002%, can run on water, perfect balance, can progress through observational gaps to hide his presence, Chi Manipulation (can use this to knock people out or mask his presence, can kill opponents with killing intent alone), ki detection, Rittoku No Kan (the user takes the five senses to the utmost limit and develops a sixth sense the "Intuition of Perception", it allows the user to reduce their time needed for reacting to one-tenth of a second, used like a sensor to catch movements they can't follow with their eyes). Can erase people's memories by using a concussion technique.

Attack Potency: At least Multi-City Block level (Can defeat people with comparable durability to him. Stomped multiple WWII military bases. Superior to Silcardo Jenazad who singlehandedly kept his own nation safe from war. Has been stated numerous times to be able to casually stomp a disciple using only 1/5000 of his power. A disciple being able to do this)

Speed: High Hypersonic (Is capable of throwing kicks so fast that even high-speed camera's slowed down to 1/1000 of a second can only barely catch a glimpse of them. This feat is realistically above 10,000 m/s or Mach 30 given the fact that the camera even at 1/100 could not see him move at all, assuming it caught him moving a centimeter at this value he would have a speed of 10,000 m/s, added to the fact his right foot was only a blur at 1/1000 this number is pretty concrete)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: At least Multi-City Block Class

Durability: At least Multi-City Block level (Withstood the point blank explosion of a nuclear missile)

Stamina: Extremely High, didn't show any sign of fatigue from running across an ocean

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Seikūken: A defensive technique first deployed by Elder himself. It involves controlling the entire radius within one's arm length, creating an impenetrable shield around oneself. The Seikūken can only be erected with a calm mind (i.e. jumping around or moving will make it difficult); if one is not calm, it would be near impossible to erect the Seikūken.
Ryūsei Seikūken: A more advanced version of the Seikūken, instead of controlling the radius the Seikūken turns into a thin layer of skin to anticipate the flow of the opponent. For this technique you have to be absolutely calm, as even slight changes in emotion can disrupt the flow but even though you can read the moves of the opponent it doesn't mean you can dodge it. There are 3 levels in Ryūsei Seikūken.
Level 1: Read the opponent's flow.
Level 2: Combine the opponent's movements with your own.
Level 3: Overpower the opponent by anticipating his moves and use his flow against him before he even thinks of it.
Shockwave of forgetfullness (Feat ): Can erase an opponent's memories by using a blunt force attack from both hands to each side of the opponent's head. He can apparently control how much a person will forget.
