Fairly well done presentation of James meeting Lilly's parents for the first time.

You're most certainly not a horrible writer - though I won't deny there's room for improvement. However, this fanfic was hilarious, and I really enjoyed it. My advice to you is to continue writing, no matter what - that way your style (which already has the markings of a genuinely good, extremely funny one) can reach its fullest potential.
