I always thought Candace was 14, or at least younger than 16-year old Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. She has a history of deference to and reverence of the "goth" girl (which I presume to be because of her greater age, maturity and "coolness". I'd presume her attitude to 16-year-old Bonnie Rockwaller would be similar.
Interesting concept. The universes of Kim Possible and Phineas and Ferb were skillfully enmeshed.
Are you aware that Milo Murphy's Law is said to take place in the same universe as Phineas and Ferb?

Cute story. You have it all worked out splendidly, it makes the reader want to keep reading wondering what happens next. A couple plot holes/silly mistakes (like where did Monique go) but overall well written. I hope you keep to this story, even if your busy maybe come back to it once in a while. Great job. :)

Love it when a plan comes together...but who's plan?
And I've got to wonder...is Heinz a Drakken with a daughter? Plans go the same way, but Doof's are a bit more 'expressive' when they blow up...without the explosives, that is, sometimes.
