OH MY REVOLUTIONARY MY LAPTOP IS ABOUT TO DIE I HAVE 5% BATTERY TO PRAISE YOUR CHAPTER WITH. Oh my goodness my darling this chapter was amazing and utterly tragical! It's so hard for me to pity Monsieur Enjolras, I'm in the same boat with Ferre! Whatever he has to say to Julien he can say to him sober. I really, really hope Enjolras baby will be okay, and that Combeferre will be able to comfort him in the hospital the poor darling! Beautiful chapter! So, so glad to have you writing again!

Thank you for this lovely update! I loved the phone conversation between Combeferre and Enjolras' father- the sense of anxiety, anger, genuine confusion and exhaustion on Combeferre's part- (obviously this had to happen the day before an exam, obviously) were wonderfully written and I can't wait to see where you go from here, especially in terms of characterisation. Much love, keep going and update when you can!

Another lovely chapter. What I like most about this is that Enj's father really does care for him, despite everything that has happened. You really are tugging at my heart strings min ami, well done for that! Loving this so far and please update soon!

Wow, I did not expect that ending. I feel so bad for Enj and his father, being stuck in such a cycle of all this. I'm interested to see what Ferre will do to help them.

Thank you for updating this my dear and I completely take back my earlier comment- it's nothing like The Medical Student and His Protege and it's all the more wonderful for it! The plot twists you've introduced this early on are spectacular and I can't wait to see how Combeferre reacts to Enjolras' father- who I love your characterisation of- it's nice seeing him being shown as a little two dimensional instead of just being purely against Enjolras and all he stands for! Beautiful writing as ever and I can't wait to see where you go with this!

Yay a new chapter so fast already. I really liked it. It's nice to see the E/C friendship.
At one point you said "serve as prove" though and in that prove needs to be proof. Because prove is the verb of proof.

Once again a perfect chapter. I like how Enjolras' and Combeferre's relationship seem to have some sort of natural rest surround it. It's interesting how we get a little more backstory information about both Enjolras and his father and why they have grown apart. I like that Enjolras' father for once isn't depicted as the devil, but more as a human who makes mistakes and acts on the wrong decisions in times of desperation and grief. It's interesting. Please continue this and I hope to see an update again soon! :)
