Interesting. It would be, well, interesting to see Emily's take on the world now. And since there were thoughts of what-if-I-can-go-back-in-time, what if they both go in time, influenced by the High Chaos stuff?

Ah, Corvo is such a hypocrite in this fic. Talking about innocence and all that being a murderous psycho himself. Also, I personally think the High Chaos is the only true way of going. It fits the atmosphere of the game, hell, have you listened to the OST?

I really enjoyed this fic, it's really well written and I love that scene with Samuel about to fire the flare gun, Corvo's thoughts fit in perfectly with how I imagine him to be. The imagery of him and Emily at the end is chilling, in the best kind of way. Great job with this!
