Aw man , this is a one shot?! There's so much potential to this story. I'd love to read more chapters to this story.
To read some perhaps slow burn romance while they explore together, making new friends and finding a place for them and the clones to settle, perhaps Ashley getting in touch with prof Oak and maybe at least at one point getting to speak with her mom .
Though I would have thought that her Pokemon would stay with her even though it would mean going back to being wild Pokemon. Especially Pikachu.
Would Mewtwo and Ashley be able to produce kids?
I'd totally read this if it stopped being a one shot. I hope you make it a multiple chapter story!

I love this story . Most of the stories trunk Ash into a new, but I haven't read one were he gets turned into a female Mewtwo .keep it up.

Not a lot to this idea at the moment nor much justification for the change itself. If you had some ideas behind why Mew transforming Ash into a female Mewtwo would actually check Mewtwo's power that might help the snippet. Or alternatively, you could go the route of this simply being some kind of horrifically amusing mistake on Mew's part as it tries to reverse the accidental death and it immediately flees as it realizes how much trouble it just caused.
That provides you with a potential path for the future of the fic as well, with Misty, Brock, and Ash being forced to chase after Mew to try and get this reversed- possibly while Mewtwo chases them, much to Ash's dismay.
