Oooh, this kinda sounds like Once Again by theVictor, but different. I like it. Can't wait for more!

Can I make a suggestion? If you're writing a story that is very similar to canon, skip the identical bits. Everyone who is reading this fic has seen the show or read the manga. You don't have to skip them completely. Have a relevant character summarise what happened. Say, for example in this chapter, you could've had Zoro recall these events and mention the things that changed.
"Zoro didn't know how Luffy did it, but somehow Morgan's axe shattered on the guy's skull. One thing was clear in the swordsman's mind: his new 'Captain' was far more powerful than he was letting on."
That way you can get this bit done in two or three paragraphs and won't end up burning yourself out transcribing the canon events. It happened to me and trust me, it sucks.
And an even more useful suggestion! Try listening to the Fandom Flux Podcast! Filled with writery advice from experienced writers!

Nice chapter. It looks like Luffy was able to intimidate people to the point of loosing conciousness even without his haki.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

Good job! Though at the end of the page you misspelled hair. You put hari. Though I knew what you meant. ;)

And the journey begins again. Nice chapter. I especially liked how you had Luffy (seemingly) mistake her for a man.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

I like how you pointed out how Luffy is so dense when it comes to women and how you opened his mind to it. XD Also like how you managed to maintain a good portion of Luffy's original personality, seems like a really fluid opening. I just hope the fact that Luffy is now aware doesn't case to much of a bug for when he meets Hancock.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
P.S.
Could you possibly post a list of what characters you currently have planned for the harem?

I'm not that exited about another time travel/second try plot, but I am interested in the story.
