Now I know why I dropped this. A fucking Inquisitor consorting and even forming a motherfucking relationship with a xeno? It would've been understandable if its Artemis or Donna Troi but no a fucking xeno, one that the Imperium rightly abhors especially for a fucking Inquisitor? This story is good, your writing is great, the way you pace and developed each characters throughout the chapters are very good. Tis' a shame that I am gonna drop it at this chapter and move on to another one.
I cannot fathom how even a moderate Inquisitor would form and cavort with xeno scum.

It’s honestly pretty refreshing seeing a scenario where the heroes start getting more pragmatic, if ruthless. Though it definitely dampens the feel and spirit of heroism…

First off happy belated new year along with Christmas, and Sanguinala.
Though it looks like several stuff is happening
One Dante is slowly and I mean slowly warming up to the Young Justice team and vice versa though Zatanna will have to pull her own weight extra hard to meet up to Dante’s standards.
Two is of Dante meeting his Therapist that Batman helped set up only for said Therapist to realize of how deep the pool is so to speak.
As again in his words Dante is not a troubled little boy inside but an actual Veteran that has seen some shit.
And it will be very a slow progress like melting a glacier with a lighter but eventually Dante may open up to Birch….
If birch survives the Chaos leak.
Though I did laugh of the part of Birch saying of any competent military commander will send a spy in on a purposefully damaged ship to do an emergency crash landing….
All I can think of is the Orks since those Fungal monsters literally thrive off of combat. Any damaged ship will still be of use to them.
Now three be of Zatara Giovanni be unknowingly damming himself by experimenting more with the Warp as in doing so he will be drawing attention to eyes he does not want brought on to him….
And if he does get corrupted then Dante will be following protocols in regards to Chaos taint as Zatara better make his peace with God, and hope it protects his soul from Chaos because if not then I pity the sorcerer…
And I know Zatanna will be both traumatized and vengeful towards Dante of him killing her father if it comes to it.
And if Chaos does get into the Young Justice verse then there will be several problems because it be very bad if Chaos was able to accquire some say…power ups aka if Khorne was able to get ahold of a Red lantern ring of rage, or Tzneetch with Blue lantern of hope, Slaanesh with Star sapphire or Violet lantern rings of love since they feed off of emotions then boy oh boy will there be nightmares…
Though they may face some opposition such as the Lords of Order such as Dr. Fate , Lantern corps, Olympian gods, New Genesis and to hell even Darkseid and his forces as I believe Darkseid will very much oppose Chaos as he intends to bring Order through the cosmos and will not tolerate any outside competitors.
Also Dante of when he explains to Birch of his arguably reasonable concerns in regards to the super powered criminals, and how the Justice League be handling it, along with of the Government’s failed job on apprehending or taking care of the villains through the actual court of law…along with failing to supply the Law enforcement with the equipment needed to handle the villains.
And the scary thing is The Justice League is the first and only line of defense Earth has in regards to Any Alien invasions or Demonic incursions due to the fact Earth’s governments are all not fully united and still in the Every country for themselves deal.
Just the amount of work that is cut out for Dante in Young Justice for the Dc verse makes me very curious yet also dreadful of what would Dante’s reaction if he were isekaied into other verses instead of Dc young Justice…
Or other Imperials instead of Our Inquisitor that is stuck in young Justice.
Such as the DC animated verse with of Batman played by Kevin Conroy rip to a legend, Lex luthor played by Clancy brown and others.
Or what of Marvel verse either Mcu, Earth’s mightiest heroes, Avengers assemble.
Or of Tokusatsu aka Japanese special effects or of the Monster of the Week troupe.
I’m pretty sure that Dante will be very pissed, annoyed and stress depending on what series he is in of the verse.
Whether of the Godzilla verse in which he is stuck dealing with a monster that will require either the Titan legios or an exterminatus to kill it, not to mention dealing with the Other Kaiju and Alien races wanting a piece of the earth.
Or of Ultraman in terms of Humanity is basically the little kid in the school yard that all the other kids aka Alien races pick on but are scared off by that One kid aka the Ultra who protects the little kid…
Sure there are the defense teams that the Ultras join up with…but even then it comes into the scary question…how long will that protection last until Humanity is left to fend for itself.
Not to mention it can provide an interesting scenario if the Ultra that interacts with the Imperial will learn how deep the Xenophobia goes for the Imperium. Of what they suffered in the Age of strife until The Emperor came and united all scattered remnants of Mankind.
And there be of Kamen rider, Super Sentai of the various villain factions that basically check off of Imperium’s shit list.
Heretics, human traitors, Xenos, Mutants, Demons, and Abominable intelligence / Artificial intelligence.
The Abominable intelligence will definitely set the Mechanicus off.
And the fact that the villains and their monsters seem to keep coming back from the dead in various ways whether resurrection ritual, their hatred giving them the strength to come back, or an entry point between the Living and the afterlife, or other methods of coming back from the dead.
Even though the villain factions have been blown up a lot…
And the fact that the Fate of the world be resting in the hands of a team of five individuals per year…
Yeah very stressful.

I LOVED this chapter because the JL finally figure out why Dante clashed with them so much...that said I can't help but feel the revalations Birch revealed could have been figured out a LONG while ago and the fact it took this long just goes to show how out of sync the JL was with Dante and how blinded they were with their assumptions
Side note what DID end up happening to Dante's ship? Surely the JL has someone studying it given how advanced it is in comparison and its not just stored away somewhere or emperor forbid left to rust in the desert.

On one hand, we have some good anti-capitalist zingers from Catwoman, who disapproves of Bruce Wayne's selfish lifestyle. On the other, we have a Does This Remind You of Anything? sequence where angry anarchists attack the stock exchange and super-villain Bane's dialogue calls back to the recent "Occupy Wall Street" movement. When the film was released, many decried it as capitalist apologism in defense of the elite. Though it should be noted that Christopher Nolan has officially stated that no political message was intended.
In addition to the aforementioned statement from Nolan, the above description utterly leaves out the fact that Thomas Wayne's philanthropy by Ra's al Ghul's own admission had been of benefit to Gotham's less fortunate and that many of the city's problems, including the unemployment and economic crises, had been engineered in the first place by the League of Shadows, of which its motives is more akin to those of a less overtly religious version of religious extremist groups (e.g. Al-Qaeda) (but equally Knight Templarish) than any sort of Marxist/Communist groups, itself as part of an effort to bring about Gotham's destruction to destroy what the League saw as a corrupt society, regardless of socioeconomic class.
The Dark Knight Rises has been mocked as an example of both anti-capitalism and anti-anti-capitalism, with Jonathan Chait writing in New York magazine that "What passes for a right-wing movie these days is The Dark Knight Rises, which submits the rather modest premise that, irritating though the rich may be, actually killing them and taking all their stuff might be excessive."
Anticapitalist interpretations of the film don't usually sympathize with Bane outright, but instead see the film as aristocratically reactionary because it portrays the masses of normal people in Gotham as needing the billionaire playboy/psychopath Batman to save them from themselves. Portraying normal people as easy for extremists to mislead and incapable of asserting their own agency is Not Nice.
