It's so good to see this story got updated, especially when the pace of updates from this story is so slow.
So, naruto and the gang finally arrived at tamriel. I'm excited to see their reactions and the culture shocks they gonna have after they see the differences between their home and tamriel.
I can see by the events that happened in this chapter what might happen in the future. So naruto and the others gonna save the slaves. And i guess from there there will be rumor spread about some group of heroes who freed the slaves. And then after that theres also the matter in winterhold about the probable threat of falmer attack in the mines. And im guessing the ninjas are gonna be the heroes again here. Thats my theory.
And I want to make a suggestion. Since conrad and the shinobis might gonna need a settlement in tamriel, or maybe just conrad and naruto(n his friends) you should use heljarchen hall for it. Its the house from hearthfire dlc thats in the pale region. The location is perfect since its in the middle of skyrim and close to most major cities like winterhold, whiterun and windhelm. The view is nice as it is located on top of a hill. You know just a nice place to chill for naruto and his uncle. And it also happens to be my favorite house.
And since we already left konoha and arrived in tamriel, i guess that the plot will be more fun because it will become unpredictable from here. When it was still in konoha the plot was still following arcs from the original but from here you can go anywhere you want.
Well all in all, what im saying is youve done a good job at this fic. Im hoping to see more later.

17Mandalore the Survivor
I have to say, this is one of the best Naruto crossovers I've seen in a long time, very refreshing there isn't any annoying bashings and more kept to characters being characters with accountability and their own flaws, the idea of Minato in fact being a Nord is intriguing to how it fills out mystery of his past and what it means for Naruto having deep Nordic heritage now that he's about to see the homeland of his ancestors. Conrad so far reminds me of a true Nord Dragonborn yet his own characteristics that make him a blast to read, amount of bar fights he gets into is hilarious, I wouldn't be surprised if he and Roggi Knot-Beard are probably good friends with each other.
Something I admittedly hope to see if you're add expansion to whatever followers Conrad had during his adventures as the Dragonborn as often they get missed opportunities and could play into roles for interactions with Kakashi's Team, especially for Naruto to see those that traveled with his uncle. But that's up to you as Conrad's team of students has been great to read about and how they almost functioned like Conrad's own Genin team.
Lot of mysteries now to wonder with Akaviri's history with Tamriel now revealing to be the Elemental Nations, for all we know the human descendants could've been the result of those captured in Emperor Uriel's invasion and were spread out in perhaps after a rebellion that destroyed the Tsaesci unless we are to see Orachimaru is an possible descendant to them, he quite fits the bill. The Team I'm rather curious to see their reactions when they're eventually stumble on the accounts of Akaviri's history with Tamriel and be confused about mentions of Beastfolk they themselves have never seen yet could trace back to ancient legends forgotten.
No doubt once either ANBU or that of Kakashi will report back to the Hokage and Advisers about the events in Tamriel, there would be new alerts placed once they learn of the Aldmeri Dominion and its grave threat to all those who are humans, I wouldn't be surprised if Conrad has uncover by now the Thalmor's ties to Daedra Princes and could potentially secure a alliance with the Hidden Leaf to support his Blades should exchangements were to be made that benefit the other, new edges that Konoha could use in its Cold Wars with the other Hidden Villages and now seeing another threat in the Thalmor.
Now it looks like if I were to guess, the Argonians are arriving to the port to recommence their previous invasions into Morrowind, if there was a time as any, it'd certainly be now with far less Dunmers to stop the Argonians from approaching onto their borders with the Southern Territories still in their grip, whatever these would be potential allies or foes knowing the brutality Argonians had will place wariness in the group. Now the Team is about to see another layer into current events of Morrowind in its greatly weakened state, though I'm curious if the Nerevarine will ever become mentioned considering he disappeared into Akaviri and could very well be still wandering somewhere in the Elemental Nations.
Overall, I'm quite excited for this story's development and I'm looking forward to what will continue to happen from here. Wish all best of luck and do stay safe out there, here's some video links that may intrigue.

I just finished re reading nearly all the story. I really like your dragonborn and his mage students. Also I had somewhat forgotten that, but the constant culture shocks really shown the differences between skyrim and naruto's setting.
