Of all the books in the series, this one has made me feel the most emotions.
Poor Harry; I understand the changes in relationships in Slytherin, and I have seen how Harry has had conflicts between the noble boy he is deep down and the Slytherin version they tried to forge in him, but damn, everyone in their own way managed to mess with Harry.
Tracy; what can I say, in the earlier books I liked her as a character, but when she revealed her schemes with Harry, I couldn't help but feel disappointed that someone with so few friends would do that to one of her only friends. On the other hand, she is also responsible for that Slytherin version that gets Harry into trouble, so I don't know, part of me would have liked her to stay with Harry, but with the revelation that she could have left Nott in a second... Man, I understand her frustration with Harry but... Many mixed emotions about the character. Don't get me wrong, I like your characterization of the characters.
Now, was it necessary to kill Luna? And Sirius? How much more will you make Harry suffer? Along those lines, I would have liked it if Harry had broken down and cried in front of his friends, even if it doesn't fit Harry's characterization... I don't know, I feel like that would have helped Harry for once.
Now I can only speculate about the ending, or who you were going to leave as Harry's partner. On one hand, although I like your Tracy, I think Ginny earned a higher place.
It probably would have been Ginny, right?

probably my speculation is that the weasley twins were draco idea. gryffindor was the strongest enemy and without the beaters a harry-less Slytherin could win

I read a fic once where Harry kept reselling the broom to other students and Umbridge would go and ban them only to find out the broom had been sold again.
my personal concern with the broomstick is that she could let the Slytherins use it
