What a marplot! Boy, I hate people who tell me what's happening before I get to it! I'd prefer it go the other way, so much more amusing:)
This was adorable and I don't have any trouble imagining Bucky stuck in a book, he does have focus down to a fine art. Also, good selection of a series which many of us parents got for "the kids" and then appropriated. Kind of like when one takes a child for camouflage so he can see a cartoon and still save him image.

I can really relate to Bucky, because I was just the same! Sticking my nose in the books as if they would disappear if I stopped!

Awesome story I loved it! Bucky was adorable and you wrote the characters well! I don't think it's a shameful mistake but you did get two facts wrong. Bucky 'died' in 1944 not 1943 and he was drafted he didn't enlist which makes it like seriously more tragic and all but what ever. I know several sources (such as the smithsonian display) say that he enlisted but his serial number proves he was drafted (plus I think the smithsonian was just propaganda-ing that part) but yeah rant over. Those aren't big mistakes just stuff I noticed. Also I really liked this story dot get me wrong it was amazing!

This is a very good one-shot. I have read the Harry Potter books and now I am reading the book, The school for good and evil.
