The individual trials you had each gem go through were really fun and creative. I think what adds to that is the fact that the Warriors have the capacity for wit and charm, even in the face of defeat. And it looks like my fears of what would happen with Connie have come true, even if she took to it a bit too willingly in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others: your placement of the exclamation marks is really distracting. It works if the unspoken lines are being read by an over-the-top announcer, but I don't think that's what you were going for.

I like the choice of monsters you've chosen: a kraken, a manticore, and even a bee are all fearsome creatures from their respective mythologies. And I don't know about you, but that last scene with Connie in their sights made me shudder...

This was a really imaginative origin-of-the-universe story, and you weave the crystal gem lore so nicely in with it. I've also been waiting for someone to write periodic table OCs alongside them! Good work so far

So things have quieted down since the battle. And Titanium is also worried about Lapis leaving Earth huh. That's interesting. Looking forward to your next story and the sequel to this one.
By the way, you misspelled Pearl's name calling her Pear. Unless of course you have a character named Pear in this story.

I was bored, so I decide to read this and I have to admit, this story is awesome, the final Battle was epic and the ending was heart-warming. Excellent work on this story, I might keep an eye out for any future stories by you :)

Nice to see Greg getting a chance to shine, and wow the light cannon, I almost forgot about that. Not sure if I count that as on overkill or their only hope but nice finisher. Looking forward to the epilogue and whatever comes next.
