Wonderful job! You strung together a fabulous time line here my friend. You did a wonderful job showing how the bombing in Boston shook Gideon's confidence. I love that he has Dave and a family there for him this time around! Isn't playing with causality fun? ;) It also speaks to the changes your universe have made in Dave that he dropped everything when his nephew Spencer called him... It will be interesting to see how you show his return to the team a few years down the road (if you decide to broach that topic) - given the changes in him, I can't see him feeling the need to go off solo on everything "because that's how we did it back in the day". Great job and a wonderful set up for the next phase of your series!

I love this entire universe :) Glad you decided to shorten Gideon-Reid to Reid though for the BAU.
Hope you write more stories dealing with stuff that happened in the show and how it is affected by this universe.
Random note, I'm pretty sure one of the agent's who was killed was a member of the BAU team. In the very first episode they talk about Gideon giving a good friend CPR and there is an opening in the BAU that Elle wants.

I was really hoping the outcome would somehow be different and all those agents would not have to die. If Gideon fully recovers from this, however, I guess that will be change enough. I am looking forward to your next installment in this AU.

Yay! Another awesome chappie from an awesome sister! I loved this, and I'm only sorry it took me so long to get to editing it for you.
