So one of the forsaken sons died, I am deeply sadden by this. Curse the Chaos for taking our lovable characters. But at least he finished his work.
I know you don’t want to have Arken and his band to play a large roll in the universe. But I kinda just want the Forsaken Sons to burn everything!

This was a pretty cool chapter, it was really neat to see all the different clans of Chaos work together to breach the city's walls.
I particularly liked that fight at the end, when the Space Marine tries to assassinate the regent. It really showed just how powerful a Space Marine is when compared to a regular human.

I just binge read this story and I approve. I love villians and I love the badass that is Arken. I do wish you went off of canon and made Arken and the forsaken sons be the ones to take on the world but I doubt that would happen with this being the final arc. Thank you for making this

That was an awesome "FOR THE EMPEROR" moment.
Looking forward to seeing the final battle, I'm sure that it'll be epic considering the sheer variety of combatants.

I really lie this Codex chapter, it serves as a good way to catch us up on all the stuff that has been happening for the arc.
I think my favorite is the Sha'eilat. It's just such a cool concept to have Chaos Eldar.

Once again, awesome. You write Chaos really well.
I love the rhetoric that's used when the story is being from the POV of Pharod or one of the plague marines. It's all very fitting and honestly feels like something that I would read in an actual 40K novel.
Also, we've got some sort of half daemon's being grown? With anyone else I would be really skeptical, but you somehow managed to make reborn Slannesh Eldar cool, so I will trust that this will be awesome as well.

Damn that was a great chapter!
I loved how each section was new stage of the plague. Pharod remains one of my favorite new characters, I just love the idea of a tech-priest corrupted by Nurgle.

Uh oh, the prophecy is fulfilling itself.
Again, I'm glad to see the loyalists winning some battles here at there. It adds to the story and gives the war for the sub-sector as a whole a kind of desperate last stand feeling.
A resurrected Eldar who worships Slannesh. Well, I've seen weirder things happen in the 40k universe. I kind of wish that the resurrected Eldar was a female though, if only to balance out all the testosterone from the Forsaken Sons. But look forward to seeing how this new guy will be use.

That was amazing! You did the big battle scene well and I like how you incorporated all the characters.
I have to say that the Sons of Calth put up a better fight that I expected, but that's expected. Plus it would be a bit boring if the Forsaken Sons just stomped their way through the loyalist Astartes.
The sections with the Blood Champion are my favorite so far.
