I'm not a theologist, a christian, or even religious in any manner, but one would think that being released from the shackles of this earthly domain, that forgiveness would be a given. Surprised she did not forgive him. Not happy she didn't, seems she is just as cruel as him.

Wow, I say again. I'm glad he showed remorse for what he'd done. What a horrible monster Marcus was threatening a young, naive boy like that. Intimidation is a powerful tool. But Marcus got destroyed. I really wonder if it was random burglars that broke into his house. And now Edward grieves for what could have been. I totally thought it was HEA her coming back to comfort him, until she said she didn't know if she would forgive him. And that is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life. How sad.
