It looks like there’s no honor among mafias here, between Antonov and Isshaku. I wonder if Antonov knows Isshaku is going to betray him and prepares for countermeasures. Also it made me wondered who will be the Final Boss of his arc, Antonov or Isshaku?
I know there’s no such a thing as family name for Russian Mob (It’s just plain ‘[Insert a Surname] Bratva’ jere] But If it did, Antonov’s will be Samolet Bratva (It doesn’t take a genius to figuring out what ‘Samolet’ is in Russian) Maybe Dylan should make some planes jokes at Antonov when he’s finally confronting him.
One last thing, regarding the theme you used on Marie’s Midnight Channel. I think it’s only fit on the first twenty seconds for its ominous aura of these parts. The rest of them are too ‘metal’ for Marie. The rest is quite good for the Goddess of Death herself, but I think Blazblue’s “YOMOTSUHIRASAKA” is also suited while it’s Blazblue!Izanami’s Theme.

I knew it, they wouldn't have any intentions to keep being civil during the election, i guess there will be alot of codes of conduct diring the debate. And Isshaku tried to pulling out a 'not so different' on Dylan (in a negative sense rather than a positive one as i said on last chapter) so of course it wouldn't work.
Ouch, now there will be a same sort of problem with hacking at the debate just ike what happened to Charles'. The good news is this time most of the people will probably buy none of it (unless if the 'Planes' touched upon Dylan's sex life, which also unlikely considering Dylan and Yukiko has been married), but the bad news is the Seekers of Truth has no competent hackers (unlike Charles' where there are three, James, William, and Charles himself) So the problem is how the Seekers of Truth counter out of this predicament outside of using Isshaku's connection with the 'Planes' as a boomerang.
I think making the next chapters a hard T is a better choice, separating the only Darkest Parts on a new fic will probably confuses new readers with sudden timeskips and such.
Well then, let's move on onto less serious matters.

Hmm... i suspect this arc will not be as dark as Camellia of Constancy, but i's dark enough. Anyway, because of its length, i will be more on reviewing the candidates rather than the chapter itself:
- Dylan: Hmm... it's interesting that he got a much better reception in his speech today, so there's a big possibility that Dylan will be succeed to be the President if he can endure any kind of plans that will be done by the Antonov Bratva.
- Hirose Genba (広瀬 元葉): A bit traditional and suggested Kendo, he reminds me abit to Goroname Yuusuke.
- Nitta Kagerou (新田 陽炎): She's interesting. I thought Kagerou is a boy's name (影郎); and when i realized that you named her after Fire Emblem's Kagerou, i was wrong. She does reminds me to Suzume in terms of speech pattern, and Irina in terms of personality.
- Matsumura Shion (松村 紫苑): It's abit meh, but i think she's a culture-based Irina who has Suzume's cheerful personality. But hey, you're not the only one who used Shion as an OC's name, although it's as a surname instead *cough*ShionTomoya*cough*
- Watanabe Hideki (渡辺 秀樹): He's kind of gentle, i swear he's Charles if he enrolled in Yasogami in this fic instead of travelling the world with Daniel. I suspect he has a dark past, or maybe a victim in this arc.
- Tenmyouji Isshaku (天満寺 一作): Hmm... he reminds me alot to Takeuchi, but he looks much more suspicious, especially when his appearance reminds me to Eshigawa Riku (bleached hair, sulphur eyes, and they're natural) It also strange that he suggest both fencing and mensur as separate things even though mensur is technically a part of fencing; and it's not kendo or any traditional japanese martial arts and swordsmanship given his background. I suspect that he will be the secondary antagonist in this arc (before Dylan finally takes out Antonov), but it's possible for him to be a red herring and/or the 'black sheep' of the Tenmyoujis. And no, before you ask, i will tell you nothing about Shiba Takeuchi until the means where everything is revealed.

Hmm... it looks like the Seekers of Truth have an earlier Ski Trip than the one in canon, though i wonder what will be happened first, the Hollow Forest or the Campaign? I suspect rhe former one because you said the next arc will be focusing on Dylan and Yuu.
It is heartwarming to see Dylan and Charles' relationship here is much better than in IDBH despite Charles' is more broken here (even though Dylan's lack of his earlier jackass attitude) Now i wonder if their relationship will be better too in IDBH someday after "Camellia of Constancy" (My nickname of that Three Acts Arc)
Dylan, Leeroy Jenkins as always, anyway it's good to see that not everyone in the Antonov Bratva is entirely evil. I'm glad that Lawrence is an anti-villain though i lament his execution.

To be honest, I’m not a fan of torture scenes but I’m glad it’s not too much. Defiant as always Charles, and I am proud of you.
(Insert ‘This is Olaf’ joke here) You named him after Danganroppa’s Enoshima Junko, isn’t it?
And the operation is... just a handover? That’s it? To be honest, I’m expecting a proper rescue operation (ala GTAIV’s Hostile Negotiation or GTAV’s Dead Meat) but I’m glad Charles is fine (I’m still dreading the IDBH version of this)
Oh, And sorry for ruining your celebration, but I don’t think we get Persona 5 Arena soon because Arcsys is still busy with Blazblue Cross Tag Battle so I think it would be happen in at most in 2019 or 2020. Well then, that’s the end of my review for today. Keep Update!

Oh no, Shadow Mitsuo is back and now he will be unterrupting the Seekers of Truth's effort to save Marie. Here, take this Ultra Crazy Cliffhanger as a punishment :(
Wow, i didn't expected that Yukiko has a cousin, even less a DEA Agent. Well, let's do a Lance Amagi Dance in a brand new Pegassi Torero.
Daniel Waldo is here? I didn't expect that the Waldos are making appearance in this fic considering that IDBH's Charles met Dylan much earlier (November as opposed to January) I wonder how broken Charles is considering for the fact that Siobhan is stayed dead here and there's no Yukiko to comfort him.
Poor Laura, our resident Warrior The-rapist is currently unavailable, so please behave yourself with the current options. Anyway Takeru, stop being a dick like the old you and confess your love already! ¥
Back luck Charles, it seems troubles, tragedies, and misfortuned are hunting him wherever he goes. I think he has the worst luck among IDBH and LNWU cast along with Yousuke. The difference is Yousuke's is only in comical situation, but Charles is only in dangerous situation. And Dragu*cough*Antonov, your assumption are entirely wrong because Dylan will not only saved a stranger like Charles, but also an enemy like Takeru back then (bonus if Takeru himself is the one who gives Antonov a 'the reason you suck' speech to him and tells him to stand on a runway tied and then let himself being flattened by an Antonov (or better yet, sucked into its engine)) The fact that Charles is a gentle person (as opposed to Dylan's problem with his violent impulse) doesn't help either.
And no, you aren't greedy over that, i think i can handle current P3 and P4 just fine, but we desperately needs an actual remake of P1 and P2 (BUT only in graphic and gameplay, don't you dare to tremple the storyline and characterization, ATLUS) Anyway, that's the end of my review. Keep Update!

So Yukiko and Dylan are now married after only 8 months. In most other fics, this would be considered too soon (including mine.) But here, they've matured as a couple to the point that it would have been disappointing if they hadn't been married yet.
That said, I think you handled their feelings Dr each other and the day very well. This is a pair that will be facing forward after all.
So, Mina's pregnant here, too. At least I know Chase will be a good dad. Nothing like Gregory.
I hope Minato can resolve his concerns soon...
