Just did a reread of this story. It’s been years since I read it- so I was significantly younger then. But man, did I get taken back to that silliness and joy I felt back then.
This is truly a beautiful epic love story through and through. Regardless of the grammatical mistakes and certain dramatizations it didn’t take away from the depth of this story. It’s so well written and it felt good reading it.
You were 16 when you wrote this? I’m so impressed. There is quite a bit of emotional maturity in this story and the love that’s spoken of- I’m envious in a way. Your ideal of love in this story is so young, fresh and innocent. Reminded me for the briefest moment what it was like to be naively young again. Granted I’m still young lol just not as naive.

I always end up crying at the end cause they died together and they are now reunited with the other members. I love it .

I know you haven’t updated this since 2014 and you might not see this comment but I just wanted to say that I really loved this story, like really loved it. I like how you portrayed the characters and added in your own that just fit so well into the story and the original characters lives. I always read FanFiction about Naru and Mai and their love story that we never get to see in the anime (heck I even named my cat Naru because of this anime) and this story is the very first one I’ve ever wrote a comment on. I just loved it so much and I hope you are still writing cause your storytelling skills are amazing and I would love to read anything else you write. I don’t want to say anything to spoil the story for others that will read this but for other people who are skeptical about reading this story should really read it. Just a note. Koujo is his first name, Lin is his last name so Madoka's married name would be Lin Madoko. Not Koujo Madoka.

I’m not even sure how many times I have read this story now. But the ending still makes me cry like a baby. It’s beautiful and the way that Mai and Naru’s love story is portrayed and how there growth through late adolescence and adulthood is amazing. Your an amazing author. Keep up the brilliant work.

Hey I don’t really do this but I thought it was too important. First off I want to say I love your story. It’s one of my favs to read when I’m low but I feel I must bring this up. In this chapter you use the word spastic to describe Luella, and while I know it can be used to mean excitable in America, here in the UK it is extremely offensive and does not have the same meaning. I just thought You should know.
Anyway keep up the good work.

Ive read this story probably a dozen times. Its brilliant. Any time i think of a GH fic its this one. It gives the whole range of emotions. Despite time passing & my different perspective i have on life the story always hit me in a new way every time i read it. Thank you.
