I really loved this fic.. I hope you turn into something longer. I never thought of it like but it does make sense.
It really is a great idea and I. Want. More!

Awwww and a happy one shot to finish up my catching up with! Oh our sweet babies! I've often heard people think Enj might have a mild form of Aspergers, and I can totally see that, even if it was so mild it was almost undetectable. This was an adorable one shot, and I absolutely adored it AND I adore you!
Stay revolutionary!

Your writing is awesome. I actually had a friend with Asperger's Syndrome, I haven't been in contact with her for a while now, but I think that it's great that you wrote something like this. She sometimes said the wrong thing or got too wrapped up in something and didn't realize people were annoyed with her which occasionally led to arguments but then again people without Asperger's occasionally do the same thing. If she hadn't told me I never would have guessed. You did a great job writing this, you wrote it well, explained it well, and I think drawing attention to these things through writing is a great idea. You managed to be accurate but not preachy and you got your point across really well, I don't think anyone could be offended (except those that want Enjolras to be a Gary Stu but they don't count) Don't Forget To Be Awesome!

A) I called it! B) As someone with Aspergers, I can say that it's spot on the way Enjolras acts. I'm in a relationship now and parts of it are confusing because I am unable to tell if my actions are the correct ones. If you write a sequel possibly mention touch. People with Aspergers can be hypersensitive. For me it's sound (fire alarms are the worst) and physical touch. Certain textures I cannot stand for and being hugged or shaking hands is scary and awkward. But I love the story and thank you so much for trying to bring this disorder to light!

I didn't think this was offensive. Actually, I think it helps people to feel like aspergers isn't really a negative thing. One of my friend's brothers has aspergers and he is just a normal kid who has a bad temper and a few strange quirks.
That being said, I personally don't think Enjolras has aspergers. I think that he is just rather oblivious, not because he's stupid though (I'm not talking about aspergers at all in here by the way. I'm saying this because I realized when I said stupid it could be misunderstood as me making some mean and incorrect comment about aspergers),but because he just doesn't care. He's much too focused on the big picture.
Actually, maybe it's because he knows he has to sacrifice his friends and himself and he doesn't want to grow too attached, so he'd rather see the big picture and ignore the small things.
Anyway, that's just a personal opinion and I thought your fic was very good - as always.

I really liked the story. Loved the communication between Grantaire and Combeferre too. It was really different from how you normally write them. Normally Combeferre is hugely protective of Enjolras, and now he was too... but he seemed not so "stuck" on it or something.
Do you have lots of experience with Aspergers? Because you write about it like you do. I do know some people with Aspergers and with them whether it turned out "mild" or not had a lot to do with the way they've grown up and that actually matches with what you write here. I liked it.

I don't think this is offending at all! Especially because I have a friend with OCD and I'm afraid I might be showing a few symptoms as well but, as you say, these issues are surprisingly common and people really need to be more aware of them - the problem being that if you're TOO aware, you can even become paranoid of these conditions that may be affecting the people around you.
But I digress. Yes, Enjolras with Asperger's is so plausible that I'm surprised I didn't think of it until now. You did this wonderfully in describing Grantaire's dilemma and Enjolras's confusion. Keep writing, mon amie!

I loved this idea and find it very likely, given the character. Bravo. Again. Brilliance. You have great skills as a writer!

I love it, would you write another chapter with the date? That would be awesome :))

Enjolras with Asperger's never occurred to me, but it actually makes a lot of sense. You should try more stories like this (though I like your others too.)

This was really good! I love how Grantaire is so nervous about all the little stuff that came with it. :)

Thank you for this! You handled the situation so beautifully, while still staying in character. This has always been a head-cannon for me as well for Enjolras, and you really did it justice. Also, I adore the way you wrote Grantaire's affection for Enjolras. And Grantaire's monologue on why he loved Enjolras made me unable to stop smiling! Please continue this :)

I literally just made an account just to review and favourite this. It was so different and fresh! I'd never even considered Enjolras with Aspergers but it is completely plausible. Coming from someone with Aspergers, it was also very comforting to think that even someone as incredible as Enjolras could have it, even though that wasn't the intention I'm sure haha. But yeah, thanks :) awesome read
