Great piece. It certainly captures how you imagine the relationship to be...a mix of pushing Jace constantly, training, and hints that his father may actually care underneath it all.

I hope the Valentine and Jace stories keep coming!
It's interesting to see how Valentine pushes Jace to his limit but there is still worry for him, which means he actually cares about Jace.
