You had an interesting idea and a good start, up to the point where an eleven year old Harry becomes a master of 15 martial arts and the magical arts of Asia. I don't think Harry would have been able to learn that technique until he was at least 11. Probably later since he was splitting his time between martial arts, regular schooling and socializing, and learning magic.
It's not that you have Harry being raised differently, that's understandable. And a different upbringing means a different world view, so him preferring Hufflepuff to the other houses isn't an issue. Harry learning some martial arts is not even the issue.
The problem is the number of martial arts you have Harry mastering.
Nabiki and Harry being friends would kind of explain why Nabiki was less than welcoming when Ranma arrived and continued to be unfriendly towards Ranma. A bit of misplaced anger because Harry was away at Hogwarts instead of in Furinken with her. Basically she missed Harry and took it out on Ranma and Akane. And making money off of it didn't hurt.
