Not likening Esme. Can't believe she turned Bella away after the divorce. You spend all that time telling someone you love them as your own child but then when they are hurting and physically deteriorating you turn them away?! And then for her to call Bella wanting the rings back so that they could be given to the new girl. Wow. That was beyond rude and plus how tacky would it be for Edward to use the same rings with the new wife?
I like Edward seeing other men attracted to Bella and especially when they tell him what a wanker he was for letting her go. He needs to see it. Men are dumb and don't always notice things. He was fine moving on and showing Tanya in Bella's, and his kids, face but he's never had to deal with seeing someone else possibly stepping into his role as husband and father. Eye opening indeed.
Sounds like Tanya isn't very nice either. So why exactly would Edward want to marry someone who is rude to his ex and who the kids don't even like?
I hope you continue it. I would like to see Edward wake up and fight for his family.
