I don't understand why you and many others claim "hiatus" when it is clear that you mean that you're totally dropping the story. Why bother lying to yourself and to the readers?
Capitalizing "Anxiety" and "Depression" isn't going to magically make it more true or more valid of a reason to give up on what you started. A significant portion of artists, writers, musicians, etc. suffer from the same problems. They often suffer from worse problems, but they work through it because they are passionate about what they're doing.
What you really mean to say is that you lost interest in this story and no longer know how or what to write to continue it and don't care about it enough anymore to force yourself through it. And that's fine. But be upfront about it instead of hiding behind vague excuses that boil down to "I'm sad, you guys." Too many people use that as an excuse today.
It's just as well though. This story could use an overhaul if it would ever actually blossom into a proper story. As it stands now it's got a lot of bad ideas holding it back.

I can't say I'm really enjoying this addition of this Jashinist guy going around making people evil/crazy and resurrecting people. It's ever so convenient that it's happening in Kuoh, and Jashin should be strictly a Naruto universe thing since DxD has it's own varied pantheons.
Naruto got to DxD through a freak accident, so there really shouldn't be an additional crossed over elements. You even took away his ability to use chakra and jutsu to separate him further from his home world, so it's strange to me that you'd not only add additional stuff happening to the start of DxD canon (Isn't that crap with Kokabiel enough?), but that it also seems to be something from Naruto's world.
Not to mention that this version of Naruto never met Hidan, has no idea who or what Jashin or Jashinism is, and it's not an especially compelling idea to begin with. Hidan was a really lame character when you get down to it. I imagine that if Sirzechs or really any other leader knew about this guy running around giving some weird berserker blessing to people, they'd take action because it would be like an unauthorized deity interfering with their territory. Stuff that is something they'd specifically have systems in place to prevent, hence why Rias freaked out so much over whether or not to attack the fallen angels in her town. She didn't want to be used as an excuse to start up another war. This is that same kind of thing, only instead of saving poor little nuns this person is going around manipulating and causing people harm. Malicious intent.
Oh, and the whole "guy in a robe watching the heroes as they interfere with his plans" thing is really uncool and overused. It's boring, and again I have to wonder why the hell this guy is even in Kuoh to begin with. Why is he involved with canon events that would already happen without his interference?
Of course, I'm assuming it's Jashin-related because you keep describing the symbol like the symbol of Jashin worn by Hidan, and the "symptoms" of it sound like Hidan's behavior.
On another note, I'm not really happy with how Naruto's "peerage" is being handled. It's not just the two pieces he's used so far are all over Issei's dick (which is annoying because they didn't need to be part of Naruto's peerage for that), but I'm mainly annoyed that he doesn't have a complete set of Pieces. The logic doesn't work out at all. Why would Naruto receive less Evil Pieces upon reaching High Class just because he did it faster and skipped a rank? It's like punishing someone for being good at their job. I don't think you mentioned at all that he might eventually get a full peerage either, so his own "peerage" is permanently gimped for... no real reason at all?
The only excuse I can even think of is that you didn't want Naruto to be separate from Rias's peerage yet, but in doing so made it so that it looks like Naruto will never have a proper peerage and that his own peerage is less "his" and more "extra Pieces for Rias". It seems like a big lack of forethought to me. If he can't have a full peerage someday, and if his Pieces are all still technically under Rias's control because she's his Master, then how will Naruto ever become his own High Class and respected Devil who competes in Rating Games some day?
If she's in love with him, it's not like Rias would want Naruto to be her servant forever. I feel that the situation with Sirzechs and Grayfia is an exception, not the norm. Grayfia is still his servant (and maid) for political reasons. Grayfia was an enemy during the war in which Sirzechs became Lucifer. It's not because Sirzechs wants his wife to also be his slave.
Personally, I'd have either given Naruto no Pieces until later in the story, or a full set of Pieces that would maybe listen to Rias until she released Naruto (presumably after the Riser thing, if that's still necessary), then he would be his own Devil with a peerage like any other. Just one closely allied to Rias because they're in love. This weird halfsies thing is incredibly awkward and just... bad.

damn, the funny thing is this, since riser brought narutos pseudo peerage into this, naruto can add any stipulation he wants to the terms, even if it was risers public execution
