I wasn't planning on looking at poetry today, let alone finding it in the Halo section, of all places, but boy am I glad I did!
This is a beautiful poem, and it sums up the Master Chief's internal battles wonderfully (in my opinion) and the title is beautiful and fitting.
The 2nd and 7th stanzas are my favorites :)
