First of all, you off to a really great start and i really like where this is going! I really love your descriptions of the background and how the characters all interest with each other, just like they would in the anime/manga. Anyways, I don't specifically know where you want to go with this story, other than that it is a SAO AU, but some suggestions that could work out really well would be to work in the dark guilds as the red players from SAO (the ones that kill other players, I forget what they're specifically called in SAO, but I think that's close) and potentially build up some conflict with them while everyone is in between searching for the bosses. I think that would work really well for filler arcs (its this will be a multiple arc story) For the actual bosses though, you could probably pull them from the manga/anime and set them up in a dungeon style area. I know it sounds pretty convential, but it sticks close to how the SAO universe would do things (again, if that's what you're going for) You could mix it up with bosses being a quest instead of stumbling into them in a dungeon. A lot rpg video games do that already to keep players progressing through the story. hope that helps, again, you're off to a really great starts! <3

Well, just re-read the last chapter in order to get a grasp of what's going on.
For the near future I think introducing all the prominent members of Fairy Tail and some members of other guilds would be most appropriate.
As for later on, my only suggestion would be to avoid anything that actually happens in the Fairy Tail manga/anime. Most of those situations have characters surviving under circumstances that I simply don't believe a virtual would permit.
Lol, I'm totally gonna contradict myself here but I would love to read something along the lines of a huge tournament of duels between the guilds. I would envision it to be something similar to the Grand Magic Games in Fairy Tail or Bullet of Bullets from Gun Gale Online.
