Another solid chapter from you. Hahaha, so Cynthia is on the Ash/Dawn deck eh? And I just noticed that you like writing huge paragraphs. I personally think you can divide them up a bit more so it doesn't look so daunting to read, but that's just a personal preference of mine and doesn't detract from the experience at all.
As for your question, I don't believe N is a Zoroark. Because if he were, then his entire subplot will feel like nothing more than a cop-out, and I will rage, RAGE, if he were truly a pokemon.

So Cynthia can kick ass. Nice. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised seeing how you usually portray her. Skyrim references are nice too.
