I remember reading this years ago and parts of it stuck with me so I hunted it down and read it again. Your writing is really good, the world is interesting and the characters have great depth. There were complexities I missed before, like Ed likely being aromantic, that were a surprise this time around. I’m sure this will never be finished but I think it’s really cool that you wrote this. I'm dying, this is so good. There's intrigue, and Angst, and slow burn even when you think they've reached the point of no longer needing it. There's love, and friendship, and you don't ignore the familial connections between characters, and just. Ugh. I'm dying. Absolutely wonderful, I look forward to reading more if there is more.

Years later I still reread this over and over. I really hope you have plans to and are able to complete this fic because I am so desperate to know what happens and how it all plays out. Absolutely phenomenal writing that sucks you in and makes you want the story to never stop. I'll keep checking for updates. Hopefully one comes soon.

Even years later I find myself coming back to check for an update because this really is one of the best fics I’ve ever read, and possibly one of the best I will ever read. It has everything: drama, action, romance, world building… saying I’m obsessed would be a grave understatement.
I’m pretty much begging that you give us a sign (hit us baby, one more time) and let us know the fic isn’t dead. Hope you’re doing well & thank you for all that you’ve given us so far!
