This must be the most casual, irreverently spoken haiku I've ever read. It fits Loki perfectly. I could see him flipping this over his shoulder at someone on the spur of the moment - perfectly crafted, intentional haiku form and all! It would be just like him to flaunt his quick mind that way; and as the final irony, probably his target audience wouldn't even notice that he'd composed skillful poetry in front of their face. Ah, such is the life of the smartest god in the Nine Worlds. ;)

This is actually too true! In mythology Loki is always calling people names and whatnot but usually they are the truth. I laughed so very hard reading the lovely little poem. Always a joy to read your work. :)
