I've reread this story for the fourth time already, and it's still amazing. It's a good blend between the dark and horrifying FNaF universe and the lighthearted and colorful MLP universe. Reading this was a nice nostalgia trip, from the "Freddy can Bypass the Doors" idea to the "Foxy's actually good" theory. I love how your version of the Bite predicted the canon lore to an amazing degree: Golden Freddy (known as Fredbear) caused the Bite of '83 and wore a PURPLE bowtie and top hat in the canon lore, while Golden Freddy caused the Bite of '87 and wore a BLUE bowtie and top hat in your story.
As I was rereading Ch. 2, I couldn't help but laugh in amazement at how you also predicted a game mechanic for one of the future games:
In your story, Griff gives two "doll prods" to Rainbow Dash to shock and stun any animatronics as a last-ditch effort to buy some time and either force them out of the office or escape. Each stick only gets 3 uses before needing to be recharged. The sticks act like tasers for the animatronics and could also technically be considered "company-issued" since Griff personally gave them to RD.
In Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator (FNaF 6), the end-of-night segments has you "interviewing" an animatronic to see if they're salvageable for money. You're provided with a company-issued taser you can use to stun and subdue the animatronic if you feel like it's going to attack you the next time you look away. You can only safely use the taser 3 times, with each use over 3 reducing the money you earn from the salvage.

I love how, ironically, Rainbow thought for a second Foxy did the Bite of 87 (like many people), and the true irony was that Golden Freddy, the originally Fredbear, was the one who in FNAF4 was confirmed to be the perpetrator of the Bite of 87!

For someone who's not really into MLP, this is pretty on point.
Criticisms: Feels like Schmidt didn't really do that much to cover up the deaths.
It seems unlikely that nobody besides one guy would last for more than 4 nights, and if they quit, somepony would've spoken up.
Final chapter is anticlimactic. Not just the fight, but there's nothing that shows the kids moving on, or anything like that.
Pretty good otherwise, although I'm still not a fan of "Foxy is a good guy." It's okay here.

you could add a little more feelings into it and what the animatronics are feeling or something but besides that it was amazing story telling and you should be proud of it and I don't know how to spell animatronics exactly so that's probably wrong but who cares

I'm going to be honest. When I found this I thought it was going to be goofy or just plain dumb. However I was pleasantly surprised. You mixed the two together well and managed to hold a tone that was respectful to the sadness and horror of fnaf without drifting to far into the dark for it to feel fitting for Mlp.
