This story is great, but I don’t think the God forms or God’s of Destruction should be added personally. You should incorporate some Dragon Ball Super elements, but I think adding Super Saiyan God and Blue would be confusing and too OP (even tho they already are), but hey it’s your story, so do what you’d like, I’m just giving my opinion. Maybe add some more GT elements too. :)

one of the worst beginnings I have ever read! Rias has just admitted that she just let Issei an innocent to be killed voluntarily by Raynare knowingly and Goten... accept !? WTF
I really feel that this is your first story.
Rias has just admitted that she just let Issei an innocent to be killed voluntarily by Raynare to better make his slave and without any thought, logical Goten accepts the explanations of Rias ... without flinching!
I have faced each other so many times that my forehead hurts and the cringe is so hard that I almost lost my teeth!
and what change?
Issei dies as in the canon and is reincarnated in devil!
Issei killed and reincarnated only so that Goten has an excuse to watch over him and steal his harem is not a change just a copy of the anime!
what would have been a real change is that Issei be saved and become a true warrior (or better a saiyan) under the tutelage of Goku, Trunks and others! NO reincarnation in devil!
Goten blames himself for? have been unable to protect Issei when he is not responsible?
I drop this garbage here, Goten has even less brains than Issei, listen to what Rias says to him as a good little dog accepts without hesitation his explanations!

Funny. Goku was about to call the nimbus for devils, but they rejected it. Bet they'd be sucked through the cloud and crater the ground at relativistic speeds, instead of just meeting no resistance and falling through.
It's "Pretty late already"? Inviting the devils to a sleepover with that flimsy excuse...they can teleport.
Chichi doing a 180 on being protective over Goten was jarring. The girls were hussies out to corrupt her baby boy until Goten protested with a couple short sentences. Only one night, and she's calling them his girlfriends. Too trusting, this woman.

Rias just admitted that she let Issei die to Yuuma, while watching him. Intentionally. That's fucked up. If she gets put in a pairing with Issei, Gohan, Trunks, or anyone who would be told by them what a conniving bitch that Rias is, I can't see Trunks and Goten at least, being so shallow. Going by how cautious they were when they agreed with each other to stay away from Rias.
Rias should be blasted into space dust. Goten knew what he was talking about when he rejected her peerage offer, and called it being a slave. So Goten being so cool with Rias admitting she intentionally let Issei get killed by Yuuma, to revive Issei as a slave, is irritating.
Goten is blaming himself. WTF. No, it's Raynare's fault. Though frustration stemming from his lack of attention is understandable.
Good thing Gohan blamed himself before Rias admitted to exploiting this situation, because if he blamed himself after she did that, he'd just be so dumb, it'd be something readers should facepalm.
If Goten warned Issei about Yuuma, Issei probably would not have believed Goten, and then Yuuma might know or suspect that Issei was warned, and attack at a different time.
Rias's is worth much more blame than Goten. Rias was watching Issei.

"Then why didn't you save him?"
"That doesn't matter anymore. I can save his life. But he'll have to become a devil." She said looking back up at Goten with a hopeful smile.
Course it matters. Evading Goten's questions, promising to explain it soon, picking up Issei's unconscious body and absconding with it when he told her to wait, as he had more questions.
"From this moment forward, you will live your life for my sake." The nerve of Rias to say this to Issei's corpse as she puts evil pieces into him. Shithead.
Unlike the forgetfulness of Goten, Rias was evil to maintain surveillance on Issei, with full knowledge of what Yuuma would do, and not do anything to stop it. She was a vulture ready to pick at Issei's carcass, and enslave him with chess pieces.
I hope King Yema sends Rias to the Home For Infinite Losers, and she gets her ass wrecked there.
Goten may be too dumb or innocent to see Rias's blatant treachery, but I'm hoping Trunks can tell that something is off about Issei, or put together the pieces based on his greater intellect. I'd be surprised if Trunks wasn't more competent, given who his parents are. Rias is worth nothing but scorn, and the pairing tags which includes Rias with the main character in the story summary, does not inspire confidence. Based off reading through chapter reviews, I get the impression that this plot point is going to fade into obscurity, but I'll keep reading in hopes that Rias gets her just desserts.
