In response to Sntakawa Toki I did watch the fight. I've seen it dozens of times and it isn't canon as it is not in the manga. Also in the fight against Hit in the universe 7 vs universe 6 tournament both Goku and old kai clearly state kaio ken can ONLY be use with the blue form as the regular super saiyan forms would put a lot of strain on his body and possible kill him.

Best crossover in my opinion. Anyways if you're going to give Goten kaioken just know that he can't use it with the super saiyan forms as it would probably put a lot of strain on his body and kill him. It can only be used with super saiyan blue because of its better and calmer ki control as it is stated by Goku and supreme kai in the anime and manga of DBS.
