A good story twist could be that Sawyer "The Cleaner" is in fact, Naruto's lost daughter. She seems old enough to be his daughter. It could be possible that the Sicilian mafia decided to slit her throat and leave her for dead, but, unknown to them, she somehow managed to survive.
Her mind was so fucked up that she decided to go to Roanapur and become a cleaner (It's possible that Naruto didn't recognize her at the beginning because of her mask and googles. A lot of people in Roanapur don't know how she look like.)

Another suggestion you could add to your story (I don't know why my reviewer name wasn't written in my last review for my first suggestion. It just wrote "Guest". I want to avoid confusion and any idea of plagiarism).
Anyway, Revy, Rock and Eda could find themselves in another situation where they meet the twins once again after they fought them, but this time accompanied by Naruto.
-Naruto: Well, well...Here are some familiar faces. Revy and Rock was it? And a unfamiliar blonde woman. My apologies. What's your name, miss?
-Eda (uneasy): Eda...
-Naruto (smiling): Well then, hello Revy, Rock and Eda!
-Gretel: Father, be careful. They want our heads.
-Revy (shocked): THE FUCK?! THOSE FREAKS ARE YOUR KIDS?! THE RED COAT KILLER IS THEIR FATHER?!
-Naruto (raising a brow): "Red coat killer"?...Shit, how fucking lame. I expected something better than that...
-Revy: Yeah, we can all agree on that.
-Hansel: Mmh...How about "Red Death"?
-Naruto: YES! That's sounds absolutely badass!
-Gretel: I like that name! Good idea, frateleu mea!
-Naruto: Thank you, kiddo.
-Hansel: You're welcome, father.
-Eda: Um...Can you stop acting like we don't have our weapons in your direction, please. It's kinda awkward...
-Naruto: Sorry! We got carried away! You're here for?...ah, yeah, our heads.

Here's something else you could add to your story:
The twins will MOST LIKELY do something reckless by "trying" to help Naruto by taking out some Sicilians. While wandering the streets and wondering where Naruto could have gone, they will end up facing Revy, Rock and Eda. Revy and Eda will try to kill them for the bounty but the twins will most likely manage to defend themselves while threatening them. A bit like that :
-Eda (aiming her gun at the twins): All right, kids. Time to meet your maker.
-Gretel (looking at Hansel while smiling): It seems that we're in a pickle, frateleu mea. Father will not be happy if he ever hear about this.
-Hansel (nodding while smiling): Indeed, sora mae. He will be really pissed off. Let's try to keep it from him, shall we?
-Gretel: Good idea, frateleu mae. He already has enough on his plate right now.
-Hansel (looking at Eda): Just so you know, miss, our father will probably hunt you and slaughter you in the most gruesome way possible if you kill us, but I don't think that will be necessary. We'll take care of you by ourselves.
-Eda, Revy and Rock (slightly creeped out by the statement ): What the fuck are those kids?! Wait, they're not alone? Nobody gave us that info!
-Gretel (smiling and holding her gun): Sorry, but we did promise our father that we'll be there when he'd come back. And one of the first thing he teached us is to always keep our promises.
So yeah, that's my rap. Feel free to do whatever you want with this in your story.
P.S It would make sense for the twins to promise Naruto that they'll be in the room when he'd be back only to go on a rampage while he's gone without him knowing about it just to proove themselves to him.

I feel that Naruto will protect the twins at all cost.
He will NOT abandon them, nor his precious daughter.
I do believe that the twins will do something reckless to "help" their new father.
If the mafia get their hands on them, the bloodbath will start when Naruto will be involved. I kinda imagine Virrochio panicking a bit like Norman Stansfield in "Leon the professional"

How the heck did I miss this getting an update? Anyway I can see it now Naruto is going to go on a rampage should anyone hurt the twins for the bounty. And should anyone kill one of them... well I wouldn't want to be in Roanapur should that happen. Looking forward to seeing how Balalaika reacts to meeting Naruto in person and who exactly his daughter is in this.

It would be neet if the twins disobeyed naruto and almost get them selfs killed for it and naruto.. being the badaas he is, saves them and unleashes some bloody papa bear justice.

Recently found your story and so far I'm loveing it! I hope nothing terrible happens to Narutos daughter, but then again this is black lagoon so I'm not hold to much hope. Also I love the interaction of naruto and the twins! Keep up the awesome work!
