Oh my, this was an emotional read. As I was going through it, I just kept wanting to somehow save them, despite knowing it was too late. The very end got me, though, as he was sifting through their private belongings. :( Very nicely done!

Wow. What an awesome and sad story. I like how you involved Kurtzman into it and how he found out about them from April. Your descriptions were great, and this story made me want to cry. Nicely done on this. So will you post this other dark tale as well?
