Just In
for What Friends Are For

Well this is an fascinating story! I quite like Pri, the cute, furry, pink carnivorous creature of the harrowing expanse of a planet that Bashir and Garak have found themselves stranded on. I can't wait to see what happens next, especially if it tells exactly how long they have been there. I wonder when they will be rescued. Oh well, we will find out when you are ready for us to know.

This seems great so far!
However, in the Federation, don't they normally use the metric system? In last episodes throughout the series', they say "They are *blank* kilometers away" or something of the sort. I hope that didn't seem like nitpicking, but I assumed you'd want to know so your story can be improved better than it already is.
Despite that one bump, however, it's great so far.
Can't wait to read on!
OCSluvr is out!

Interesting talk of myths here. I wonder if something will attack them or if help will come first. I'm not sure what will happen. It's good to be stumped. ;-)

Oh dear, Bashir is seeing invisible mice. (I hope it's okay if I just point out a couple of things. There's a typo in your summary. Turn 'of' into 'if' and maybe do away with the disclaimer. It's nice, but unnecessary and I really want more people to click on your fic and give you reviews. I once made an obvious typo in a summary and I didn't notice for months and months. I wasn't happy.)

Bashir trying to be sneaky was great, as was Garak teasing him about it. I wonder if Cardassians have something akin to that saying: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice..." Hmmm It's also a fascinating quandary how the universal translators can allow them to play "I Spy" with their different language barriers. Oooo Or maybe Garak can actually speak Federation Standard. It wouldn't surprise me, given all his skills. Thanks for the food for thought!

Aww, it's so cute and kind of Garak to surrender the thermal wrap to Bashir. The poor doctor seems a bit out of it with his head injury, especially since he doesn't insist that Garak should have the blanket and/or share it.
Hmmm, I guess Garak is a bit old-fashioned at heart when he's not computer hacking or engaging in spy business. He is a sentimental soul and it's fascinating to see it come out in subtleties and debate like this. I am enjoying the steady tone of the story and I'm very curious about what's in store for them. Well done. :-)

I really like this. Oh, you got me right in the weak spot: famous literary quotes. I adore almost anything with quotes written by Austen, Dickens, or Doyle. I'm curious if your other fics have quotes.

I also enjoyed Bashir's overactive imagination about what predators could be lurking around. This is taking a very enjoyable turn! :-)
