The notion that the magical world woukd be less prepared for thus knowledge is bloody ridiculous, I understand that thus story if yours is mostly about kissing the nonmagical world's was while making the magical world look retarded but come on. They already know about non human sentient life and quite frankly only the pure bloods woukd react badly to the revelation and even then it can be used in their favor knowing they are the direct descendants of the most powerful race in the known universe and that their ancestors created muggles.

That is Not how real Legilimency works that's only the weaker version of it we have seen what the spell can really help do in the books and surprisingly the movie as well. They can see all you memories and thoughts if they so wish and are skilled enough and emotion is not how they get in your mind emotions are irrelevant. They can also alter your memories and feelings. Surpassing your emotions is merely apart of learning basic Occlumency, the mental arts requires focus and great willpower and emotions can distract you and leave opening in your mind for a Legilimens to slip through, and even then you need magic or I suppose Telepathy to keep them out or hide specific memories and or create false memories for them to see. Seriously man the way the magic of the Wizarding World is Nerfed is one of the most annoying things about this story.

Ah yes than we only use a certain percentage of our brains nonsense that has been disproved for years now. We use all of our brains at all times but the brain's is complex and separated in short us like a matrix system that is constantly mentioned in thus story. Different parts of the bar in does different things for instance (and I'm not sure I remember this correctly so I might be wrong use been awhile after all) but our memories aren't stored in one place theirs a place for sounds, images, smells and stuff like that and certain parts don't come online until we are asleep.
So once again we use all of our brains at all times. Alteran brain's are completely different and superior to Human brain's. It would make more sense if you said that the nanites would have enhance the human brain to process information faster and increase their memory recall, and altered their genetic structure to give them these abilities and as a result they would not be entirely human anymore. Anyway my pointless rant if over.
I do wonder how the Magical's have been changed though and what new abilities they have gained.

“This is Ambassador Harry Potter,” said Sam, gesturing, and Harry also shook hands.
“It’s an honor, Ambassador,” said Michaels with a nod.
“This is Dr Frasier.”
“Doctor.”
“Doctor.”
“Uh…this is Doctors Woods and Osborne,” said Michaels indicating her two male colleagues.
“Doctor.”
“Doctor.”
“Major.”
“Doctor.”
The round robin of introductions was interrupted by a rather exasperated Jack.

At this point I'm sure I wasn't the only one thinking that his "All right, that’s enough" was rather a lame a response for Jack and was looking more for a "Good night, Johnboy" riff from "The Waltons" instead. Since "Jack" is often a nickname for "John" though, and Jack was responding to the conversation arising from Sam's intros, perhaps a "Good night, Samgirl." :)

this is not a harry potter crossover, this is stargate with a human from earth who is a full on ancient. all you had to do was copy all the magic books and have harry use this and i wouldve been a crossover, but you didnt and ancient power and magic are just used to different. they could be compaired, but for that you need both ergo a crossover.
now so far it is not a bad story and i am curious where it will go from here so ill keep reading for now
