Decent writing, disturbing ending.
If this continues, then what I have seen too many times will apparently repeat itself. Bringing in enemies from one verse to counter heroes from that same verse, in order to prevent the latter from changing canon.

Good chapter once again. Nice to see Oswald taking a sort of father/nii-san role for young Nanoha. We also see the start of her overclocking her body (We all know how that ended).

Hmm...grammar itself and writing flow is pretty good. Nothing amazing, it lacks a level of depth and detail that goes beyond explain and into the levels of flowing the story through the reader's mind, but it's not bad.
I admit to not knowing a thing about the non-Nanoha verse, but all in all...well, there's a certain blandness. Oswald is a boring average guy with no distinguished personality, his presence in the Takamachi family hasn't really effected them, it's been pretty much a canon rehash so far...it's kind of bland I guess.
I think the best thing you could do is shake up everything from canon, from not making it such a rehash, indicating how the Takamachi family (or at least Nanoha) has been truly affected by Oswald, make it interesting.
