I hope you feel as if you're getting better at writing (there's not much more to improve on, but go for it :D I can't wait to see what will come of it!) I'm sorry to see the story un-continued, but if its for you to feel better and gain a better grasp on writing, then do it. I know how it is to hit a block and be unable to continue (and wish that I knew what I was doing lol) happy writing! (and take all the time you think you need!) ~an unlogged in emeraldgrey01

very nice, you've definitely got the symptoms down pat. It's actually a little eerie, as someone who has been depressed for most his life. Sorry by the way that I took so long to read, stuff happened. I'm interested to see where this goes; a psychotic Russian (I'll assume some twisted form of Christian) villain is pretty intimidating. Just Russian accents are intimidating. Can't wait to read more!

Religious extremism, regardless of which religion, is a frightening thing. Even as a religious person I openly admit that! Your villain seems as though he will be interesting, a very medieval style Christian belief system is what I'm getting from him.
And the reaction BB had to Raven taking the bullet was wonderfully written. His guilt and confusion about why she did it are very believable!
I love the scene with Star at the end. She handleld it so well, giving him just what he needed.
