Hey, that was actually really interesting. Ruby is one of my favourite characters in OUaT, followed by Peter Pan of course. XD
Your description was amazing, but you did have some grammar problems in the dialogue. Always put a comma at the end of the dialogue if there's a speech tag (called, said, yelled etc.). Also, there shouldn't be a capital if there's the comma. Unless it's a name, of course.
For example,
She's at the town line," she whispered to herself.
Good job, nonetheless!
