Over all you have a good story, minor grammar issues aside it's a good read and I hope the updates come back soon.
Now just a little Idea if you do choose to bring it back, for the electro vs mikoto fight maybe you could do it so Touma tries to fight him and loses because Imagine breaker doesn't register electro as supernatural since he's just pure electricity or something... somewhere along the lines mikoto steps in just as Touma is about to die and turns Yandere mode again and destroys electro like a boss...
The reason Peter and Co aren't with Touma is maybe because they split up looking for electro after he did something to the power or maybe all of the "sinister 6" have invaded Academy city, whatever (your story I'm just pitching here) and then Touma is meant to call when he finds electro but his phone doesn't work so he has to stall or something,
mikoto notices the commotion from over in another district and rushes over just in time to save him before Peter and the rest arrive... cue Kamikoto confession yay hoorah, Just kidding but that's my idea take it or don't it's up to you.

Good, very good... Plots flowing at a steady pace, it actually works and you aren't just jamming it all in at random like others do in this situation, keep up the good work...
-Would like to see more Yandere Mikoto-chan too, or just Tsun-tsun Mikoto is good as well... again keep up the good work!

Hey, yo. How’s it going? I was just wondering whether this story was still being continued or not. It does say that it was last updated in 2016, which is actually quite a bit ago now.
Or maybe I just missed some announcement, haha! I don’t know. Yeah. An update on the progress of the story update would be nice, or a status update.
Great story, by the way. I think it’s been pretty interesting and well thought out, as well as funny. Even with the strange recurring gag of Touma and Peter being caught in weird positions.

I think Peter would be pairs with konori mii.
Because they do have somewhat the same age.
And he should not be paid with kitty cause they broke up and that's that.
But kuroko should be still be friends cause, she is somewhat younger then Peter.
And I should be entertaining if mii teases Peter trying to seduce him.

I'm so not interested in this story. Anymore.
I think I prefer a story where a highly experienced Peter Parker/Spider-Man (non-Ultimate Universe), who is around 19 to his 20s, got transported to the Toaru Majutsu no Index/Toaru Kagaku no Railgun universe. Possible harem for Peter might ensues.
