Um, Brits don't give single figure salute. They use two fingers, dating back to the English wars in France etc. The English (and Welsh) longbow archers almost wiped out the armoured knights/aristocracy with these superior long range weapons. As a result, the French and their allies put a bounty on the 'drawing fingers' of those archers- i.e. index and middle fingers so the Brits taunted them by waving those two fingers in their faces. Centuries later, it remains their standard insult.

I'm seriously annoyed with the bad grammar of this story. In particular, the abuse of the preposition TO when you should be writing TOO.
For a clue, if you could potentially write 'way too cold; way too little; way too many mistakes; etc, you should always be using TOO, never TO.

I know this was last updated around 8 years ago so this will probably be ignored and the story itself will probably never get updated again, but if the author is still around, and the author still wants stuff they just, I would like to point out a timeline continuity issue between chapter 27 and 28...
In the end of chapter 27 it talks about the 4th year of Hogwarts, and how in the couple weeks before that they did muggle military training, but then in chapter 28 it keeps talking about the second year of Hogwarts and the basilisk, which, without any explanation, as to how it goes from the fourth year straight back to the second year, leads me to believe that they mention of fourth year in the end of chapter 27 is probably a misprint or typo of some kind and probably you mean second year...
Aside from that problem, I'm loving this story so far, and I cannot wait to see how it ends, should you decide to continue this, and I will follow this great story, in the hopes that that happens...

This is another story that hasn't been updated in six years. But enjoyed seeing Albus get what is due him from Harry's parents with regards to all of his wrongdoing. And as Merlin said to stop evil you must stand up to it and take it out meaning you put the bad guys to death. Even the Bible talks about taking our evil. Which means executing such persons. What is normally translated as do not kill when looking at the original Hebrew should read as do not murder. Putting Evil people through execution for their crimes and self-defense, not murder. You are taking the guilty and protecting yourselves and the innocent.
And many of my relatives in the past were murder victims. Though I know that I also have a lot of bad apples, black sheep in the family with their share of the skeletons in the closet and if U had my way they would be in prison.

Unfortunately, I'm finding these chapters are so short that it's actually offputting. On top of that fact, everything is told to you, rather than given the outside perspective and allowed to make your own conclusions as a read, takes the imagination out of the story. I hope you got better in later chapters, but can't bring myself to continue reading to find out.
