Do you still write? I really like this story. The fact that Naruto's an alien makes it so much more interesting than all of those other high school AUs where the unpopular kid gets with the popular guy who was mean to him in the beginning. Naruto is very charming in his naivety over earth customs and idioms.
As for Sasuke...I'm reserving judgement. He's absolutely horrible, but if there's a reason for him to be the way he is, I could accept his current behavior. Some of his reactions are so extreme that it implies there's a story behind his attitude. Maybe he isn't just an asshole, maybe he's got some emotional or psychological problems? If Sasuke was taking pleasure in the things he did and seemed careless about them, then I'd say fuck him. Rather, this Sasuke has so much anger that it makes me wonder where it's coming from. Mikoto is a perfectly lovely person, so it's not bad parenting that's the cause of his attitude. Are Sasuke's father and brother still in the picture?
Another thing that's interesting about this story is that Naruto is over 500 years old and doesn't plan to stay on earth forever, while Sasuke is a normal human. Of course you could do a plot twist where Sasuke is an alien himself, but I think it'd be really cute for Naruto to teach Sasuke about space travel and what his culture is like. It'd probably be cathartic for a miserable bastard like Sasuke to hear about life in outer space. Maybe his problems would seem smaller then.
I also really like the conflict of Naruto being an alien while Sasuke is a human. Does Naruto tell him the truth? How does Sasuke react when he does? What happens down the line if/when Naruto has to leave? What about the fact that he's not going to age while Sasuke will? Will Sasuke eventually travel in space with Naruto, or does Naruto choose to stay on earth with him? You could probably get around the problem that Sasuke ages like a normal human while Naruto can live for 1,000s of years using "alien technology" to prolong Sasuke's life. As for the rest, that's for the boys to decide!
You probably won't see this review, but if you do, I'd love for you to come back and write more of this. The story had so much promise. I know Naruto is difficult to look at after the shit ending. That's why I prefer to enjoy fandom and don't give canon a backward glance.

Despite the bullying (which was really terrible in this chapter!), I think this is a very cute idea for a fanfic. I like the idea of Naruto as a space alien and like all his little personality quirks, how he can't understand metaphors and sarcasm and takes everything literally, how he's over 500 years old and not really a teenager compared to the other characters. I guess by his planet's standards, Naruto is still young, but he has a kind of wisdom the human young people don't have, simply because of how long he's lived. I got a chuckle out of him teaching all his classmates math and doing it better than the teacher. Because he knows so much more than they do, they almost instinctively take him as a leader.
On the other hand, Naruto is very ignorant about a lot of things, particularly since he doesn't understand sarcasm, so that creates a bit of unexpected pathos, like when Naruto was worrying about not having any money so he could "pay" Sasuke, when what Sasuke really wanted was to kick his ass. I just felt so sorry for Naruto knowing what was coming, and knowing that Naruto himself didn't have a clue.
So what happens now? Does Naruto fight back? If he did, would it jeopardize his mission? And more importantly, what is Sasuke's deal? Why is he so cruel and why does he hate Naruto so much? Neji and Shikamaru don't seem to be much better either. (I like that you made Shikamaru into a villain. It's something different.) Is it a social class issue, like Ino was talking about, or is there something deeper going on with Sasuke? Incidentally, my second favorite character in this fic after Naruto is Ino. I like that you gave her a nice part in this. Her personality is interesting, how she's a bit of a flirt but basically a good friend to Naruto.
