Can you do a story where Steve is busy fighting against the winter solider when he sees a little boy who is Randy Orton he saw that Randy is sitting in the middle of the sidewalk and trying to stand up but he can't he just falls down again and Steve goes over to help when he is at Randy's side he sees that Randy is in really bad shape he's really skinny and Steve notice that Randy is really small and Steve is Randy's dad Hyda made Randy hopping that he come out half of the super soldier but Randy when didn't they started to experimenting on him and when that didn't work they just left him out on the street but what they didn't know was that Randy has a little bit of the super soldier but not a lot and Randy is one year old and is special needs and mentally disabled and Randy can't talk or walk very good and Randy stays the size of a seven year old. Thanks :)
