I think this is the best chapter so far- and once again, a big part of why it is so good is Marius. His speech, telling his grandfather to leave and how much the Amis mean to him, it was amazing. Especially how he's now standing up to him and saying there "will be stipulations".

ohmygodohmygodohmygod 1) I LOVED Marius's bit. It was a side to him that I've never seen in any Les Mis fics...he's usually completely left out or is the butt of the jokes, you know. But jeez this was amazing.
But how could you do that to Eponine at the end!? I literally had to get up and walk away from the computer before coming back to write this review. I mean, hasn't she been through enough? ugh. I can't wait to see the next chapter though. I really liked this one.

Well he's a disgusting old man that's no better than his rapist grandson. Poor Eponine can't seriously believe the boys would have willingly left her alone and not want her to come see Courfeyrac, can she? I hope we get to see, if not the trial, at least a little bit and the outcome of her entirely true accusations.
