If natsu didnt join the guild, a lot of things wouldng have happened, he wouldn't have brought lucy to fairy tail, he wouldnt have defeated jellal at the tower of heaven, or laxus, or zero, or the king of edolas, or hades, midnight, sting and rogue, future rogue, loke, mard geer, tne tartaros people, and etc

If lucy never joined the guild, gajeel and juvia wouldnt have joined and lisanna wouldn't have returned, because gajeel would not have been there in edolas with magic and same with lucy who also had magic. So natsu and wendy wouod have been stuck in edolas. Also lyon may have not turned "good" because natsu took lucy with him to galuna island, where gray and erza joined them. But natsu probably would not steal an s class job without another mage to join him and etc. If lucy hadnt joined fairy tail, things would be very different, and fairy tail would be peaceful instead of fighting against villains all the time. And lucy also fought tartaros and saved everyone in fairy tail...so yeah
