Sorry not logged in but you know me :) I know you warned about spoilers if you've not seen the film r yet but I ignored them because I wanted to read it. It was predictably heartbreaking and I am now even more worried about the film. Fili deserves a proper death/tribute and I suspect he doesn't get one so perhaps this will help fill the gap a little. I really liked it , I know we've talked about him but you just seem to GET him. Loved it dear - and happy Christmas! X

Did anyone else feel heartbroken at fili's death. It was so public and so sudden, like pushing a domino. It is weird, I feel thy Kili's death should have been more dinamic and possibly shorter, while with fili's I wish it was long and more brutal. Great take on his death, you showed what Azog wanted it to the Durins
