The Te Xuan Ze have existed for thousands of years from the moment that the veil was created to keep humanity and monsters apart, that's almost the dawn of time. The Norisu Nine haven't even existed for up to a thousand years. Just saying.

Gonna be looking forward to the sequel. Whew, seriously, so bruce.
To be fair, I was kinda hoping to see June get shloomped into the Ninjanomicon, you know, considering that Juniper got a good taste of the NINJA POWAH!
But maybe next time.

Love to see the next one.

"Plus they have Brock Octane and everyone knows that action stars do their own stunts"

Randy must have watched too many Jackie Chan movies.

I love how this story is panning out so far. You've got Randy as a guest hero in another town, but since the focus is still mostly on Randy vs Ghoulian as the villain of the fic, I'm glad you've included this much interaction between Randy and June and dialogue from Monroe as well. I think you've really keyed-on to how dry some of the TlatoJL characters speak.
I also loved how the first few chapters were written, with Lila and Dennis providing backup in ways unique to this fic their characters and I'm just surprised with how much you've been able to wring out of both of their fairly small airtime. Just super glad also about how any of the Juniper Lee characters are getting some exposure too and how you've written them how their actions have panned out in the fic. As a cross-over fic, this one works really well, because there's the character "screentime" feels somewhat equal and, respectful to both shows and characters. Randy feels like reading a 14-15 year old boy and reading June feels like reading a 11-year old girl.
Most of the interactions whether crossover or not, feel in-character and the fight scenes are especially on-point, especially the parts where Randy figures something out, those spot-on feel like they're right outta the show! Most of this is just a good balance of serious moments, scary or action moments and humor, like watching a tv episode but a little more flexible.
Love how the conflict with Randy and June being pitted against each other was solved. A lot of the trinkets and magical stuff is pretty easy to imagine just from a few lines and they're well-described enough that it doesn't hinder the rest of the reading.

Very excited to see this turn out, I thought the first big fight between Randy and June vs Ghoulian was already a really epic fight! So I guess just all else i can say: I think this is a really well-structured cartoon cross-over. I feel like those are somewhat rare.

Love this fic! Just love it! Keep going and do as you planned, 'cause this one is turning out to be a whomper! :)

I really enjoy this chapter, I like the talk between Randy and June, it really show how different there situation are, with Randy being the Ninja for 4 years while June the Te Xuan Ze until she pass it down to one of her kin, I like the talk they had and they both made a interesting points, Randy does not want to give up his friendship and he should not, and June has a point about there should be a time to make for friends and time to act responsibility.
