What a well written and emotional chapter. The way you handled those sensitive moments felt so real and what it's like to be abused and the little moments of the healing process of a little girl. I was emotionally abused by my biological father you nailed what it feels like to be a abused child. Thank you for writing a powerful subject that needs to be told, talked about, and the challenges to heal.
