Eh, thought the framing for the "Two Great Entities" was alright. Lord knows its not as corny as Angra Mainu hanging around inside the grail plotting ways to troll people. Oh, and I can understand why "Saber" would be surprised to see his father, but I don't really understand why the reverse was true. At this point in time Kiritsugu would have no idea who Shirou even is.
Seras Victoria/Hellsing - Archer (Whoohoo by the way, she hardly ever gets any love. People always forget about her due to being overshadowed by her master.)
Kreig/Borderlands - Berserker
Scorpion/Mortal Kombat - Assassin
Emiya - Saber(of course)
Thought Rider was was Coop from Megas XLR due to the flaming 8-Ball, but the description was off so I'm clueless
Lancer... I think is the guy from one of the newer Final Fantasies but I'm not sure.
No caster yet.

I do like the framework, especially using the chance to acquire CG EMIYA as a servant for Emiya himself. What I can't stand is not knowing the others.
You purposely revealed Scorpion and EMIYA, and might as well revealed Seres Victoria, but no data is available for the others. I pegged some Final Fantasy character (there are a fracking lot!) called Kain for the draconic Lancer, but the spear seemed off. No idea about the other two.

I think the one that surprised me the more was "Saber", I think nobody had such a twisted idea it's awesome, for Archer well it's Seras Victoria from Hellsing, Assassin is Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, but Lancer, Berserker and Rider well I can't tell. Is there gonna be Avenger like in Fate zero sanity ?
