Mr. 'Sexy-Legs' Kirkland xD lol, though I can't argue with that. But I wonder where it came from? Also, the 'Lovino was pissed. Well, he was always pissed. He just looked more pissed than usually.' part made me laugh. And a few other scenes too.

Leaving the humour aside, you did a good job keeping them in character and also the better or worse bonds they have. Especially Lovino (though I'm not a big fan of him, I gotta give you credit for that), as blunt and jerky as he can be...and kinda clueless about Antonio. But honestly, I wasn't expecting him to be the bad guy or apparently the bad guy - I know you're into plot twists, so I shouldn't assume too much. Although him being a mob makes sense with the whole Italian Mafia thing. And I like how you added that side of Amelia - despite the apparent childishness and innocence (and hero obsession) America has, I think (s)he's still putting up an act sometimes, you know, having that little dark side. I don't see a dark side here, but she's still acting. And damn, she was hot! Ahem. OK. Back to the topic. I also like how you placed fem!Prussia as the guard, it seems legit to me to have such a job; something with potential action. Now I'm curious what's with Arthur and Francis, how do they know each other? While I have a few ideas, I guess I'll have to wait to find out. And I think I know who else is gonna show up soon ;)

About the plot...hm... I can't say much, seeing as it's just the first chapter. Don't worry, the chapter wasn't boring! It sounds interesting and has potential. In fact, I can't wait for the next chapter.
